At the beginning of October 1876, as the first yellowing leaves covered the burnt Bulgarian villages that had had the audacity to rise up against the Sultan, the following telegram arrived in Bucharest addressed to the BCBO revolutionaries:

"My dear friends,
The Italian people have for your people a sympathy deserved by their misfortunes and their heroism.

I regret that I am unable to participate personally in your struggles. I wish you perseverance in your brilliant mission and I am

From the remote island of Caprera, at the fateful moment for our enslaved homeland, the legendary Garibaldi addresses his righteous anger to the Turkish executioners. This was not compassion generated by the damning accounts of journalists on the atrocities committed by the Turkish government. Nor was it an official diplomatic event. No, the legendary hero of the 19th century had long been acquainted with our heroic little people. A handful of Bulgarians accompanied Giuseppe right from the start of the fight for Italy's freedom. Some of them shed their blood in the revolution of 1848, others left their bones in the hot sands of Mandriola, others scattered across the world and took with them the glory of Garibaldi and his redcoats. These free men called themselves Garibaldist volunteers. They went down in history as Bulgarian-Garibaldists.

If you would like to find out more about them, their names, the fruits of their struggle and be transported into the atmosphere of the Italian Renaissance, come along to the Bulgarian National Union headquarters at 87 rue Tsar Simeon on 24 November from 6pm.

Depuis la lointaine île de Caprera, au moment fatidique pour notre patrie asservie, le légendaire Garibaldi adresse sa juste colère aux bourreaux turcs. Il ne s’agit pas là d’une compassion engendrée par les récits accablants des journalistes sur les atrocités commises par le gouvernement turc. Ce n’était pas non plus un événement diplomatique officiel. Non ! Le héros légendaire du XIXe siècle connaît depuis longtemps notre petit peuple héroïque. Une poignée de Bulgares ont accompagné Giuseppe dès le début de la lutte pour la liberté de l'Italie. Certains d'entre eux ont versé leur sang lors de la révolution de 1848, d'autres ont laissé leurs os dans les sables chauds de Mandriola, d'autres se sont dispersés à travers le monde et ont emporté avec eux la gloire de Garibaldi et de ses tuniques rouges. Ces hommes libres se disaient volontaires garibaldistes. Ils sont entrés dans l’histoire comme Bulgares-Garibaldiens.

В началото на октомври 1876 г., когато първите пожълтели листа покриват изпепелените български села, които имали дързостта да въстанат срещу султана, в Букурещ на адрес на революционерите от БЦБО пристига следната телеграма:

От далечния остров Капрера, в съдбоносния за поробената ни родина момент, легендарният Гарибалди изпраща своя глас на ненавист към турските палачи. Това не бе състрадание, породено от изобличителните разкази на журналистите за зверствата на турската власт. То не бе и официална дипломатическа проява. Не! Полуприказният герой на ХІХ век отдавна знае за малкия ни героичен народ. Шепа българи съпътстват Джузепе от началото на борбата за свободата на Италия. Едни от тях проляха кръвта си в революцията от 1848 г., други оставиха костите си в горещите пясъци на Мандриола, трети се пръснаха по света и понесоха със себе си славата на Гарибалди и неговите червеноризци. Себе си тези волни мъже наричаха волентири-гарибалдисти. В историята влязоха като българи-гарибалдийци.

🔥 Une conférence a eu lieu sur Léon Degrelle et le mouvement Rexiste

Le 9 novembre, au siège central de l'Union nationale bulgare, une conférence a été organisée sur la vie de l'un des personnages les plus intéressants de l'histoire du siècle dernier, Léon Degrelle.

Zvezdomir Andronov, le leader du BNS, qui a une grande connaissance de la personnalité et de la vie de Degrelle, en était l'animateur. Peu après 18 heures, devant une salle pleine, la conférence a commencé.

Dès le début, le conférencier a mentionné aux personnes présentes que la conférence était consacrée à des faits moins connus et intéressants sur la vie des Belges au début et après la guerre. La première partie de la conférence a retracé les premiers moments de la vie de Degrelle, comme son enfance et son adolescence dans sa ville natale de Bouillon, aux côtés de ses sept frères et sœurs. 🔥 A conference was held on Léon Degrelle and the Rexist movement

On 9 November, at the central headquarters of the Bulgarian National Union, a conference was held on the life of one of the most interesting figures in the history of the last century, Léon Degrelle.

Zvezdomir Andronov, the leader of the BNS, who has a great knowledge of Degrelle's personality and life, was the moderator. Shortly after 6 p.m., in front of a full house, the conference began.

From the outset, the speaker told those present that the conference was devoted to lesser-known and interesting facts about the life of Belgians at the beginning and after the war. The first part of the lecture retraced the first moments of Degrelle's life, such as his childhood and adolescence in his home town of Bouillon, alongside his seven brothers and sisters. 🔥Проведе се лекция за Леон Дегрел и рексисткото движение

На 9 ноември в централния щаб на Български Национален Съюз се проведе лекция, която разгледа живота на един от най-интересните персонажи от историята на миналия век, Леон Дегрел.

Звездомир Андронов, водачът на БНС, като човек с много голям интерес и познания към личността на Дегрел, беше водещият на лекцията. Малко след 18 часа, пред пълната зала, събитието започна.

От самото начало лекторът спомена на присъстващите, че лекцията е посветена на по-малко познати и интересни факти за ранния и следвоенен живот на белгиеца. Първата част от лекцията премина през най-ранните щрихи от жизнения път на Дегрел, като детските и юношеските години в родния му град Буйон, заедно с неговите седем братя и сестри. FINITA LA RACCOLTA A TORINO

È terminata venerdì la nostra raccolta di beni di prima necessità nei supermercati di Torino e nel nostro spazio militante Edoras, per gli alluvionati di Valencia.

Nonostante il pochissimo tempo siamo riusciti a raccogliere e/o acquistare, grazie ad una mobilitazione quotidiana e capillare dei nostri militanti e alle donazioni ricevute, una tonnellata di beni tra alimenti, prodotti per bambini, medicamenti di base e molta altra merce di estrema necessità per le persone che, a causa di questa tremenda alluvione, hanno perso tutto.
A tutto ciò vanno aggiunti anche i beni raccolti dai camerati di Fortezza Europa a Verona, che ci sono stati consegnati affinché li recapitassimo direttamente ai bisognosi colpiti dall’alluvione.

Tutti questi aiuti umanitari sono stati consegnati ieri direttamente a Valencia.
