Set up before the session, get in, get out, journal.

Have a system that you know works, follow it, reap the benefits, repeat.

A weekly routine :

1- Determine the most likely expansion on the weekly candle.

2- Identify medium or high-impact economic events.

3- Wait for opposing liquidity to be taken out.

4- Look for displacement and Fair Value Gaps (FVG).

5- Target opposing PD Arrays.

Don't be fearful of being wrong. Those instances where you are wrong are where you learn the most.

When you're learning alone you can make a lot of mistakes without knowing. Because you don't have experience. You can learn concepts wrong and make a lot of mistakes. Someone with experience will help you a lot. They will give you a different perspective or correct you when needed. When you learn alone you MUST have a good process of learning. You have to know HOW to learn and what to do next. Once again there is a big reason why 99% of traders are not profitable.
