Some days you wake up and feel amazing.

Some days you wake up and feel bad.

Regardless of how you feel, you need to be able to do what you know is right to do.

Stop allowing your feelings to hold you back you from going to the gym, eating healthy and studying the markets.

Consistency compounds.

After one week you will not see the results you desire.

After one month you might not see the results you desire.

But what about after one year?

You might still not have reached all the results you desire, but at least you have become tremendously better than you were one year ago!

Lock in and focus.

Your future self will thank you.
