"Constitutional Rights"

I am very concerned about something.

My friend, KrisAnne Hall, likes to remind us that we should not call them "constitutional rights." It gives the wrong impression that we get our rights from the government. They are our "God-given, natural rights, enumerated in the constitution."

Natural rights are universal rights that belong to every human being by virtue of their existence.

Of course, I am delighted that the J6-ers are being released. I've met several of them personally, and their stories are horrific. Their rights were unquestionably trampled upon.

For one example, a friend was held in solitary confinement for three weeks before the charges were dropped against him and he was released.

Solitary confinement to that extent is considered torture. And it was. It is appalling.

But what concerns me, is that we would not be seeing these releases except for the ineptitude of the Democrat Party. (And perhaps the hand of God's providence.)
Imagine if Kamala was president now.

That should scare the crap out of you... and then, it should wake you to action.

America is an experiment in self-government. We the People are the sovereigns, and it's time we started acting like it.

I'm telling you, you only have ONE year to take back local control of your elections.

The first phrase I ever typed on a typewriter... hundreds of times as a teenager was, "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country."

"Who is Governing You?"

If you're not keeping your own voter rolls, operating your own polls, and counting your own ballots, then someone else is determining the outcomes of your elections.

America is a constitutional republic, not a democracy... an experiment in self-government. Elections are the precise means by which We the People are supposed to be governing ourselves by selecting people to represent us.

But right now, we are letting other people control us, because they are forcefully excluding us from operating our own elections.

Until you take back control of your local elections your liberty will continue to be eroded. You are no longer free.

"It's Happening Again"

Four years ago, I was clicking away on my computer, analyzing 2020 general election data for several states. Little did I know that Mike Lindell would discover my work and produce a documentary about it... then 10 million people would see it, and start asking me for help to audit their own elections.

Four years later, 650+ public presentations, and 48 states later, I have a lot more experience. I know what the problems are, and how to assist local groups to begin effective election reform. I know what works, and what doesn't work.

Most people addressing the problems are doing things that have little effect, if any. I call it "hamster wheels;" lots of effort, little net effect.

Four years ago March, I was staring at a stack of seventy requests. I prayed, and asked God to intervene... to set my priorities. Amazingly, it seems I was always in the right place at the right time... my God is outside of time and space, so can "work all things together for good."
I don't charge any fee for my work or presentations, I rely on "passing the hat" when I visit to cover my expenses. My schedule is typically very packed... I joke that I'm in such demand either because I'm good, or I'm cheap!

The requests are already piling up...

"Reassuring Gunfire"

It's a lovely Sunday afternoon out here, in the country. A lovely, brisk, Ohio Autumn afternoon with a crystal clear blue sky. There was a dusting of snow on the ground when I woke up this morning. Just lovely.

I'm working hard on my Cause of America national presentation for Monday night (it's free to watch live online, but you have to preregister here: https://bit.ly/4eLI7hH). I'll be discussing data from the 2024 election, where we stand now, where we need to go, and some strategies of how to get there. We're in serious trouble if Americans don't wake up and engage.

As I'm working, I hear gunfire in the distance. A large caliber for sure, with the faint booms echoing down the canyon toward our home. Not intrusive; kind of peaceful, actually.

Then again, from another direction... sounds like an AR.

It's reassuring to know that my neighbors are keeping up their armed proficiency, despite the cold. It is the duty of every citizen to be armed and proficient.

I'll plan to get in some practice this week after my presentation.

“The War Rages On”

The war for the future of America rages on, despite some of our recent election victories. I liken it to WW2, on the beaches of Normandy. We’ve taken huge losses, but established a beachhead. Now, it’s on to Berlin, and I’m expecting things to really heat up.

There are shorter- and longer-term challenges looming. We still have certification and inauguration pending; it ain’t over ‘til it’s over, and the fat lady hasn’t yet sung. And despite our national efforts, our elections are even less secure today than they were in 2020.

Longer term, you will recall how challenging Trump’s first term was despite a similar majority in the Senate (52 then, 53 upcoming) and a *larger* majority in the House (241 then, 218 now).

And as my graph illustrates, just because a Congressman has an “R” in front of their name does not mean that they will represent traditional values, support Trump’s agenda, nor honor their oaths to defend the Constitution.

The next few years will decide the future of our country. Now, more than ever, each of us must accept our civil responsibilities and fuel new efforts away from centralized government and toward more local control. America is an experiment in self-government, and the experiment has been failing in too many categories.

Our Founding Fathers also made a covenant with Almighty God, another category where we are failing miserably. We murder our babies, castrate our children, and traffic in humans. Corruption runs rampant in our courts and in our government. America can only be great if it is good, and only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. We need to turn our hearts toward Heaven.

Now, more than ever, is the time to clean house. Literally. It may be our last chance. Time to step up.

"Nellie's Birthday"

Nellie turned 27 yrs old today. We had a party at home with the family for her, and Daddy gave his princess some live flowers for her desk. It made her very happy!

If you’re ever with someone who has Down Syndrome, and you don’t know what say, ask them about their birthday. It seems to be a common theme for folks with DS. Nellie countdowns the days every year… for months. Tomorrow, the countdown begins to 28.

One of my favorite movie lines ever was from the movie “Peanut Butter Falcon,” where a young boy with DS is trying to become a professional wrestler, but he just can’t be ‘mean’ enough. His teacher coaches him, “Say something really, really, mean. Mean as you can…”

After some thought, the boy says, “I’m not inviting you to my birthday party!”

“Following the Data with Dr Frank”

I like to immerse myself in data, because it guides my intuition, keeps me connected to reality, and helps to expose propaganda.

For example, I just posted a series of graphs that clearly show that the Republican Party is losing influence in a large majority of states across the country. Because of this, they are losing more and more elections (remember the ‘red wave’) and increasingly failing to represent traditional conservative and constitutional values (I’ve shown graphs for this too).

Trump’s recent win is despite the RNC, not because of it. (Again, I’ve posted the data to support this position.)

So, what to do about this?

First, stop buying their horsesh*t. The data show that they are failing nationwide.

Second, drain the GOP swamp by getting involved in the GOP at the local level (there are far too many precinct vacancies). This is already happening in several counties and states across the US. (See precinctstrategy.com)

Third, take over the leadership of the party, so that you can start putting forward candidates who truly represent your values, so you’re not always having to vote for the lesser of two evils.

America is an experiment in self-government. We need to start behaving like it.

"Updated 2024 Presidential Election Totals"

I updated my election summary graph with the latest numbers.

Essentially, the Democrat party did not turn out (especially California), and Trump's numbers went up by 3.0%.

In March of 2024, I did a calculation based upon my knowledge of 2020 Republican voting county-by-county, and projected that even if the Republican party did an amazing job registering and chasing ballots they could only increase the turnout by about 3%. I was spot on.

The point of my calculation was to show that this was the WRONG strategy for winning the election, because the voter rolls are brimming with non-real voters, making it easy to stuff ballots like they did in 2020.

Republicans are fortunate that Kamala was such a horrible candidate, or they would have failed again, like they did in 2022.
The RNC and GOPs are not interested in election integrity, nor winning elections. They are interested in power, influence, and money.

We need to drain the Republican swamp as well.

“Statistics Are Not Proof”

Lots of folks are reporting election statistics, claiming that they have *proof* of election fraud.

Wrong.

They may, perhaps have *evidence* that can lead to more solid evidence of fraud; statistics can be the smoke that leads to the fire.

But they first need to find the fire, not just report the smoke.

If someone is quoting statistics without hard evidence to back them up, it’s likely that they are mostly seeking notoriety or asking you for money.

Don’t be duped.

The truth is, the American People are sick of your shit.

You ruined our nation and our culture. You openly mocked, belittled, and discriminated us, then called us racist, misogynist, Nazis when we started noticing.

You defiled and corrupted all of our great institutions, to include the media, social media, tech, academia, intelligence, health, pharma, Hollywood, entertainment, sports, EVERYTHING! You weaponized every aspect of American life, and used it to push your insane far-Left agenda down our throats.

You told us Trump was a Russian asset that was going to start WW3 and would be worse than Hitler. Then you used that as an excuse to justify hatred towards Trump supporters and to riot in the streets. You used it as an excuse to obstruct and ruin Trump’s entire first term, and it turned out it was all a lie.

Then during Covid, you demanded we all be forced to take medical experimentation without testing. You wanted dissenters locked in prison. You wanted children taken from their anti-vax parents. You wanted the anti-vax in camps. You were rooting for our deaths. Then it turned out you were wrong about everything from the man-made origin, to masks, to vaccines, to social distancing, to ivermectin, to HCQ, to natural immunity, and everything in between.

Then during Ukraine, you told us that Ukraine was a bastion of Democracy, and that they desperately needed all of our tax dollars. Then it turned out that Ukraine is one of the most corrupt nations in the world, with literal Nazi military forces, and it was actually just a money laundering operation to steal from the American taxpayer. You want to defend Ukraine’s borders more than our own. You sent hundreds of billions of dollars on the other side of the planet, while Americans are suffering, all based on more lies.

Then there’s the whole Epstein, Diddy, human-trafficking element. You all told us VEHEMENTLY that human-trafficking was a myth, you told us the border was secure, and you told us that anyone who questioned it was an irredeemable & deplorable conspiracy theorist (and a piece of garbage). You said anyone who watched “Sound of Freedom” was a QAnon extremist and threat to democracy. Then it turned out to be true, and the elites really are engaged in unspeakable crimes against children. After you all told us for decades this was not true. You covered up the most heinous crimes imaginable, for political gain.

I could do this for days, but I think you get the point. The American People are awake to the scam and the true evil going on around us, and we are not going to stand for it anymore. So we hired Donald J. Trump and his team of Patriots to rectify the situation, and bring America back to her greatness.

This is the reality of the situation. You are the bad guys, and you have been deceived. The sooner you wake up to it, the sooner you can join us in repairing this nation. Or you can choose to deny reality, and spend the rest of your lives consumed by hate, based on lies.

I keep hearing media on the left bemoaning the fact that the “pollsters got it wrong.”

They didn’t get it wrong. They lied to you. And got paid to do it. It’s called propaganda.

What is astonishing and revealing is that the elites of the left are so gullible.

Kamala lost because she is a horrible candidate and because the Democrat party is not only out of touch with the public, it is out of touch with reality, and the people know it better every day.

The arrogance of the left has cost it its objectivity, and made the left so bold that they will believe an obvious lie and tell you that lie to your face, and expect you to believe it.

I was texting with Mike Lindell yesterday, and he told me that in his ABC interview he announced the "start of a NEW season to get rid of the machines!"

It reminded me of one of his comments during his interview with Jimmy Kimmel. Jimmy asked Mike if he would still be working to get rid of the machines if Trump had won. Of course, he assured Jimmy, he 'absolutely' would.

I know Mike well, and I believe him. Of course, if Biden hadn't won by stuffing 15 million ballots we might not have recognized the extent of the possibility for fraud and then engaged the effort.

We are working to eliminate electronic devices in our elections because they facilitate fraudulent behavior. Party is irrelevant. We cannot tolerate fraud in our elections, because it is how We the People deploy our political sovereignty.

Sure, we've won a big battle, which I liken to winning a beachhead at Normandy. Now, it's on to Berlin. We have a great deal of work ahead of us.

Things to notice:

1) Discontinuity at 2000/2004 (HAVA 2002, when we switched to electronic machines)

2) Republican turnouts are sporadic, while Democrat turnouts follow consistent trends everywhere except twice:
a) Obama first term;
b) Biden first term.

"The Down-Ballot"

I continue to remind people that the top of the ballot, the presidential race, is not everything.

For example, I never doubted that Nebraska would go for Trump. But I told them at their state GOP convention that they were going to LOSE on the abortion issue unless they took back local control of their elections. I told them to think of me the day after the general election. I was correct.

I hope they remember this, and that they take action to restore election integrity in Nebraska. It is desperately needed there.

The danger I see is that people will now think that all is well because we won the TOP of the ticket.

This time.

Well, the school board and county leadership races are at least as important (maybe more) as the top of the ticket.

With more support from the White House, it increases our chances of true election reform. But the long-term solution is bottom-up, and local races are critical to our success in the election integrity movement.

"The GOP Strategy Did Not Deliver"

I'm on record since March, 2024 saying that the GOP strategy of registering and harvesting low-propensity voters was not a good strategy, that it was focusing on the wrong things, that at BEST they might increase turnout by a few percent.

The GOP strategy was about retaining control by the GOP establishment, making money and saving money, and not about election integrity.

So far, it's looking like I was right: Trump is approaching the SAME turnout in 2024 that he had in 2020.

The GOP is not your friend. They did not deliver... again.

Trump delivered... again.

Of course, it did help that the Biden administration was a colossal failure and that Kamala is a pitiful candidate.

“Big Lessons”

If I’ve learned anything the past four years, it’s that we don’t fix problems in our society from the top-down; it’s bottom-up.

We the People blew our chance in 2017, because we didn’t take to heart what Trump said in his inaugural speech:

“Today’s ceremony…. has very special meaning. Because today we are not merely transferring power from one Administration to another, or from one party to another – but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C. and giving it back to you, the American People.”

Instead of rolling up our sleeves, We the People squandered this opportunity. We the People went back to sleep, relegating politics a spectator sport.

Not this time.

Let’s roll.

“Normandy”

We are still at war.

Election Day was a great victory, and celebrations are warranted. But, imagine yourselves today on the beaches of Normandy and Omaha, or victorious on Iwo Jima….

We have suffered great losses, and the battles for Berlin and Tokyo remain.

Our enemy will begin fortifying pockets and go underground. In desperation, they will deploy children as soldiers and send kamakaze pilots.

Now is when we rest a day or two, refuel and restock, re-evaluate and plan our offensives.

Despite huge victories, it took massive bombings in Europe and two nuclear bombs in Japan to finally destroy the enemy.

War is messy. Now is not the time for weak stomachs. Now is when we go city-by-city and door-to-door to root out the enemy.

Rest up. But be cautious: we are in enemy territory.

Using computers and electronics to perform elections is like slaves handing whips to their corrupt masters and then asking not to be whipped.

Voting early is like sending a message to a superior enemy, “I’ll be attacking your right flank at 9am tomorrow with 100 troops armed with rifles.”

You could still do some damage, but you will waste soldiers and your odds of winning are low because you give your enemy the reconnaissance they need to effectively respond.

Voting on Election Day is like an ambush: you are surprising the enemy with an overwhelming force. Your enemy may still drop a nuclear bomb on you, because they hold all the cards. But you at least have a chance of taking them out before they press the button.

During the days and weeks after the election, people are going to be saying, “Why didn’t we listen to Dr. Frank?”

I’m not an “I told you so.” Kind of person.

“Precipitating Events”

In a single day, 9/11/2001 changed world history. The US government seized upon the situation to wage war, invade personal privacy, and compromise Liberty. The world and our government haven’t been the same since.

In 2020, two weeks in March changed the entire temperament of the US, turning us into sniveling weaklings, cowering in our homes. Our children, our businesses, and our communities were deeply damaged. The entire world was changed over a mere few months due the existence of a tiny virus.

Later in 2020, an ‘election’ took place that destroyed public confidence in one of the most important institutions necessary for our country to function as it was intended. The last Beacon of Liberty remaining in the world is at risk.

But in each of these three examples something good also resulted. 9-11 showed that we could come together as a country under our President to mourn a common loss, recognize a common threat, and then address it aggressively and decisively. President Bush enjoyed a 90% approval rating, the highest in our country’s history.

During the COVID shut-downs our momma-bears awakened to the perverted and poor state of our education systems. They’ve since been working for reform or abandoning too-corrupt systems in droves to educate their own children at home.

And after the 2020 election we’re now aware that since our elections are no longer under local control, they are therefore vulnerable to external manipulation and electronic infiltration.

In other words, each disaster has awakened segments of our population and motivated them to re-engage our personal and civic responsibilities.

It’s shocking to realize how a single event can have such a far-reaching effect.

Since God sovereign and is outside of space and time, I am sure He has several such potential events up His sleeve.

Whether Almighty God intends to judge us, or to redeem our country and heal our land, He knows which precipitating events He could deploy.

He could change our country, indeed the entire world, with a single, precipitating event.

It depends on us.

When God Jonah to Nineveh, the nation repented and God did not destroy it. God gave them a choice.

When David stood in front of Goliath, God delivered Israel from the Philistines. God could have taken out Goliath if He wanted, but He instead uses us to implement His will.

God can always act; but He waits for us to choose.

Then, He delivers the precipitating event.

“I Am Voting”

I’ll be voting in-person, with my family, on Election Day. I’ll be voting on a paper ballot, with a dark blue pen, after showing my photo ID and signing the register.

“Calm Before the Storm”

I’ve been so busy for the last several months that I didn’t see it coming.

Last night, it suddenly occurred to me that I had just given my last public presentation before the 2024 election.

Sitting in the car afterward, I was reflecting on my four-year odyssey in forty-eight states, the seven-hundred or so formal presentations at public events, and the hundreds of in-person private meetings with legislators, state officials, and grassroots activists. I’ve spoken in-person with over 100,000 people: educating, building relationships, and helping to nurture a national infrastructure that now understands our present situation and is better equipped to address it.

As “The Johnny Appleseed of Election Integrity,” I’ve had a measurable national impact. My effectiveness has been due in large part to personal sacrifice and perseverance, and key alliances with some truly remarkable grassroots patriots, nearly all volunteer. But mostly, I stand amazed as I’ve seen the hand of God working each day in my life. I always seem to be “in the right place at the right time.”

Sometimes, I identify with Jonah preaching repentance to Nineveh. Other times with Daniel, seeking strategic ways to remain faithful in a land occupied by the enemy. Or Jeremiah, weeping for the loss of our Promised Land because we’ve been unfaithful to our part in our nation’s covenant with God. Or Martin Luther, enumerating our failings and calling for reform.

I’ve also learned the state of our country, and been alarmed at the level of corruption and depravity. I am not alone in my shock and disgust, and sometimes hear weeping during my presentations as people first come to grips with the grim reality of our current circumstances.

Nevertheless, people refer to me as “The Happy Warrior,” and It’s true! I am genuinely happy, daily submitting to God’s call on my life. I am a “leaf on the river,” at the mercy of the whim of God.

War is a necessarily nasty business. In this spiritual and political war, we need to strive to be simultaneously wise as serpents, gentle as doves, and yet equipped for and engaged in the real battle.

Almighty God exists outside of space and time and he is all-powerful, so there are no accidents. A mere 1/2” can change the course of our nation’s history.

I am not a prophet. But I foresee some very rough times in the months ahead. I see God’s hand at work at this precipice, simultaneously calling us to repentance while bringing well-deserved judgment.

I am praying for repentance, but preparing the remnant.

A constitutional crisis looms. Our enemies are poised and ready following decades of preparation. Despite years of effort, most of the public remains asleep and compliant. There is nothing new under the sun.

The last Beacon of Liberty in our world hangs in the balance. History is in the making.

But God is sovereign.

"Hamster Wheels"

I've said it before, and I'll say it again...

Most of the people working on "election integrity" are on hamster wheels... working feverishly, but getting nowhere. This is because they are inexperienced and are listening to the wrong advice.

For example, the GOP is promoting early voting and ballot chasing, which are demonstrably bad ideas.

Or attempting to clean voter rolls when they are not *first* in control of the voter rolls, so the rolls just get dirty again.

I've been promoting a proven strategy... but it takes work and commitment. I call it: "Seven Steps: Taking Back our Elections." (There's a copy pinned to the top of my page.)

Sadly, the grassroots is too often grifted, chasing the latest 'silver bullet' lawsuit, software peddler, or being misled by the party. How did the GOP "Red Wave" turn out in 2022? So why you are falling for their scams again?

When it all goes down in a thunderous crash, remember... I told you so. And when you're ready to get serious about real election reform, look me up.
