ከምግብ በኋላ እንቅስቃሴ መስራት ጠቀሜታ እንዳለው ያውቃሉ?

ከምግብ በኋላ የሚሰራው እንቅስቃሴ የድህረ-ምግብ እንቅስቃሴ /Postprandial exercise/ ይባላል፡፡ ይህም እንቅስቃሴ የተለመደው ቀላል-እና-መካከለኛ ጫና ያለው ሲሆን የስርዓተ-ምግብ ልመት (digestion system) ለማሳለጥ፣ በደም ውስጥ የሚገኝ የስኳር መጠንን (blood sugar) ለመቆጣጠር እና አጠቃላይ ጤናን ለማሻሻል ይረዳል፡፡ በተጨማሪም የሰውነት አጠቃላይ አሰራር ስርዓት /Metabolism/ ለማሻሻል፣ ከምግብ በኋላ የትራይግላይሰራይድ /triglyceride/ መጠንን ለመቆጣጠር እና የሰውነት ክብደት መጠንን ለመቆጣጠር ይረዳል፡፡

ይህም ለስኳር በሽታ እና ለተለያዩ የልብና የደም ዝውውር ችግሮች የመጋለጥ ሁኔታን ይከላከላል፡፡ በተለይም የስኳር በሽታ ያለባቸው፣ ውፍረት ያለባቸውና ተጋላጭ የሆኑ ሰዎች አዘውትረው እንዲሰሩት ይመከራል፡፡

የድህረ-ምግብ እንቅስቃሴ ዓይነቶች
የትንፋሽ፦ እርምጃ (ከ10 እስከ 30 ደቂቃ)፣ ቀለል ያለ ሳይክል
ዮጋ፦ ቀለል ያል
የጥንካሬ ልምምድ፦ ቀለል ያለ (ከ15 እስከ 30 ደቂቃ)

ድህረ-ምግብ እንቅስቃሴ መቸ እና በምን ያህል ጫና የሰራል?
ጊዜ፦ ከምግብ በኋላ ከ10 እስከ 15 ደቂቃ በኋላ እና ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ይጀመራል።
ጫና፦ ከቀላል-እስከ-መካከለኛ ጫና መሆን ይኖርበታል።

ማሳሰቢያ፦ ከፍተኛ ጫና ያላቸው እንቅስቃሴዎችን ከምግብ በኋላ ወዲያውኑ መስራት የደም ዝውውርን ከስርዓተ-ልመት (digestion system) እንዲርቅና ስራ-ላይ-ወዳለው-ጡንቻ (working muscle) እንዲሄድ ስለሚያደርገው አለመመቸት ይፈጥራል፡፡ በመሆኑም ከባድ ጫና ያለውን እንቅስቃሴ ከመስራታችን በፊት ቢያንስ 30 ደቂቃ መቆየት አስፈላጊ ነው።
