The problem with the Grooming Gangs discussion flaring up again is that the neocon Tory Telegraph types like Matt Goodwin, who boast about helping to destroy the BNP, use the low bar of not outright denying it happened as a way to score cheap 'based points.'

The debate is between a set of people who deny it happened & a set of people who think the solution is "more funding for integration initiatives."

The actual solution is illegal to talk about, hence the endless conversation.

The police are there prevent any solutions.

"Endless Iraq War inquiries" is what the UK government hopes to fob you off with.

In 2013 Senator Chuck Schumer, a stauch abortion advocate, attended a benefit for American Friends of Efrat, an organisation that opposes abortions for Jews for EXPLICITLY demographic reasons.

Their reasoning is that ethnic Jews will be replaced demographically by Arab birthrate.

He was not the only US lawmaker in attendance, but his public support of American Friends of Efrat belies his in-group preference & how it affects his view on abortion.

It seems which ethnic group is getting one completely flips his stance on the matter.

This reversal of stance by US lawmakers of a certain ethno religious persuasion is not uncommon: abortion, immigration - even the integrity of countries borders - is subject to The Exception.

Immigration was undercounted by 266,000 people in 2022 when it's initial [and most widely published] dataset came out.

2023 has also followed this pattern, but 2022 was revised up as recently as last month, making all of these figures subject to change.

The initial 2024 figures of 728,000 are 120K higher already than the initial 2022 figures, so god knows what the final 'revised' figures will be in two years.

"The opposition wants Western nations to help overturn the results of the vote" is a fairly on the nose description. The "pro EU" party attempted to partner with Western NGOs to create a Ukraine 2014 stlye colour revolution.

The result of that revolution is that all Ukrainian men between 18 & 35 are now dead in defence of NATO expansion.

Georgians understandablly don't want this, and so the paid activists are the only 'protestors' that showed up. Failed coup from a frankly desperate looking NATO.

Reality at a protest is that you are a spastic carrying a cardboard sign. It is a form of civil rights cargo cult, they imitate the 60s & hope for magical 'rights' concessions.

They use these 'peaceful protests' for padding arrest figures, but most of all, they use them to convince you that marching for a few hours with a sign does anything in the abstract.
