ተፈላጊ ብዛት: 1807 ጤና ባለሙያዎች

ስለሆነም የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ የጤና ባለሙያዎች ከዚህ በታች በተጠቀሰው የምዝገባ ቀን መሰረት መመዝገብ ይችላሉ።

ተፈላጊ ብቃቶች
1. ኦሮምኛ መናገርና መፃፍ የሚችሉ
2. ኦርጅናል ተመላሽ እና የማይመለስ የትምህርት የምስክር ወረቀት እና ሙያዊ ፈቃድ ቅጂ
3. ከታህሳስ ጀምሮ የሙያ ፈቃድ እድሳት
4. ታህሳስ 2015 እስከ ዛሬ የተመረቁ እና 2015 በፊት የተመረቁ እና በግል ኩባንያዎች ውስጥ እየሰሩ ያሉ የቅጥር ማስረጃዎችን ማቅረብ አለባቸው (ልምድ ሥራ) እና የግብር ከፋይ የምስክር ወረቀት ከገቢዎች ቢሮ ማቅረብ ይችላል
5. በመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት ተቀጥሮ የሚሰራ ባለሙያን አይመለከትም እና ተመዝጋቢ ሆኖ ከተገኘ ህጋዊ እርምጃ ይወሰድበታል።
6. ከዲፕ ባለሙያዎች. እና ደረጃ IV (COC) የምስክር ወረቀት።
7. የጽሁፍ ፈተና 100% የሚሰጥ ሲሆን እጩው ከጠቅላላ ነጥብ 50% እና ከዚያ በላይ መልስ መስጠት እና በተመደበበት ቦታ ለመስራት ፈቃደኛ መሆን አለበት።
8. ከ19/2/2017 እስከ 02/03/2017 ድረስ  በየዞኑ ሰው ሃብት ልማት ስራ አመራር ቡድን ምዝገባ መካሄድ ይችላል።

የሙያ ማህበራት ተግባራት እና ሊሰማሩባቸው ከሚችሉ የስራ ዘርፎች ውስጥ አንዱ የሆነው በሙያቸው ዙሪያ ወይንም በዘርፉ የተጠኑ የተለያዩ የጥናትና የምርምር ውጤቶችን ለሚመለከታቸው አካላት የሚደርስበትን መንገድ መፍጠርና ሁኔታዎችን ማመቻቸት ሲሆን ይህንም በተግባር በርካታ ጊዜያት ማህበራችን ያደረጋቸው ጥናቶች አሁንም በዘንድሮ አመታዊ ጉባኤ ሊቀርቡ የታሰቡ እጅግ ወቅታዊ እና አስፈላጊ ጥናቶች የማህበራችን ጠንካራ ጎን አጉልቶ የሚያሳይ ነው።

የሙያ ማህበራት ድጋፍ እና አስተዳደር መመሪያ ቁጥር 849/2014 ማህበራቱ ሊፈፅማቸው ይገባል ተብለው ከሚጠበቁ ጉዳዮች መካከል :-

1.አባሎቻቸውን በሙያቸው የሚያፈልቋቸውን ሀሳቦች እና ጥረቶች በማሰባሰብ እና በመቀመር ለመንግሥት ለፖሊሲ አርቃቂዎች እና ሌሎች ባለድርሻ አካላት እንዲደርስ ማስተባበር ፤

2. ለሙያው ድምፅ ሆኖ ማገልገልና መድረኮችን በማመቻቸት በተለያዩ ጉዳዮች ላይ ሙግትና ውይይት እንዲካሄድ ማስተባበር ፤

3.የአባላቶቻቸውን መብትና ጥቅም ለማስከበር አድቮኬት ማድረግ ፤

4.አባላቶቹ እርስ በእርስም ሆነ ከሌሎች ሙያዎች ጋር የመገናኘት እድል መፍጠር ፤

በርካታ እንቅስቃሴዎች በሙያ ማህበራት ተፈፃሚ እንደሆኑ ይጠበቃል ። ስለሆነም ጉባኤው አዲስአበባ እንደመሆኑ መጠን በርካታ የሙያው ባለቤቶች ተሳታፊ እንደሚሆኑ ይገመታል ። ማንኛውም የሙያው ባለቤት ነኝ የሚል አካል በነፃነት ሙያዊ ጥያቄዎችን ማቅረብ እና መመካከር ይኖርበታል ።

ህዳር 27-28 2017 ዓ.ም በዓይነቱ እንዲሁም በተሳታፊ ቁጥር ከሌሎች ጉባኤዎች ለየት ማለት አለበት ። ማንም የሙያው አካል መቅረት የለበትም !

Plan, coordinate, and implement NRC WASH activities (Public Health Engineering, Public Health Promotion, Construction) in the Tigray Region
Ensure that assessment, program design, and implementation consider the needs and vulnerabilities in the Tigray Region
Ensure that WASH program design is informed by and integrated with NRCs’ other priority sectors of ICLA, Livelihood and Food Security (LFS), Education and Protection
To ensure that sustainable systems are set in place for longer-term operation and maintenance

Prepare and oversee the implementation process to ensure the timely delivery of program
activities (for example, monitoring against log frames, individual performance management

Prepare timely financial and narrative reports on project activities in compliance with internal NRC requirements and any relevant external donor requirements.
Always ensure appropriate management and use of NRC resources
Manage project staff on a day-to-day level working with other technical departments, security, logistics, administration, and senior management staff (depending on assignment)
Ensure that NRC’s work in WASH programming is coordinated with the efforts of other agencies and Government and represent the organization at Interagency Coordination meetings
Contribute to learning, experiences, and evidence to relevant global advocacy objectives relating to WASH through case studies and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional competencies

Degree in Water Engineering, Public Health, Civil Engineering, Public Health, Environmental Health, Hydrology, irrigation engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience working in senior WASH positions (Manager and Coordinator) or similar in a humanitarian/recovery context with an INGO/ NGOs
Experience in implementing integrated WASH activities (both software and hardware)
Previous experience working in complex and volatile contexts
Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
Fluency in local language English, both written and verbal
Context-related skills, knowledge, and experience

Knowledge of the operating context in the Somali Region.
Knowledge of the local languages is an advantage
Experience in the use of design software like AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and statistical packages
Knowledge and experience of the application of SPHERE and links to emergency and longer-term development practice

በተለያዩ የጤና ሙያዎች በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ተመርቃችሁ ቴምፓራሪ ዲግሪ የተሰጣችሁና የብቃት ምዘና ፈተና ለመውሰድ በመጠባበቅ ላይ የምትገኙ የጤና ባለሙያዎች የምዘና ፈተናውን መውሰድ ትችላላችሁ ተብሏል፡፡

የብቃት ምዘና ፈተናውን የሚወስዱ አመልካቾች ምዝገባ ከነሐሴ 06-15/2016 ዓ.ም እንደሚከናወን ሚኒስቴሩ አሳውቋል፡፡

የመንግሥት እንዲሁም የግል ተቋማት ተመዛኞች http://hple.moh.gov.et/hple ላይ በመግባት በተጠቀሰው የጊዜ ገደብ ብቻ ምዝገባ እንድታደርጉ ሚኒስቴሩ አሳስቧል፡፡

ምዝገባ ስታደርጉ ሲስተሙ የሚሰጣችሁን የፈተና መለያ ቁጥር የያዘ ስሊፕ print አድርጋችሁ በመያዝ ስትመዘገቡ በመረጣችሁት የፈተና ጣቢያ በፈተናው ወቅት እንድትገኙ ተብሏል፡፡
