ערב טוב, עדכון תנועה למחר (רביעי) בכביש כניסה לדגן-כיכר התמר-סניקה זית:
בעקבות תקלת ביוב שהתגלתה והפריעה היום למהלך העבודות התקין, ועל מנת לסיים את הסלילה עוד לפני שבת - סגירת נתיב לסירוגין עם מכוויני תנועה מחר (רביעי, 29/1/25) תהיה עד השעה 22:00.

Dear Residents,

Traffic Update:

We would like to inform you about ongoing roadwork affecting the entrance road to Dagan and the Tamar traffic circle leading to the Zayit pumping station.

Following the completion of the bike path construction today (Monday), work will now continue on laying asphalt between the Zayit and Tamar and completing the road between the Tamar traffic circle and the entrance to Dagan.

There will be alternating closures with traffic controllers stationed along the section between the Zayit pumping station and the Tamar traffic circle, as well as periodically between the Tamar traffic circle and the entrance to Dagan.

On *Tuesday and Wednesday*, January 28-29, 2025, the closure will occur between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM. On *Thursday*, January 30, 2025, the road closure will take place between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM. On *Friday*, January 31, 2025, road closures will occur between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM.

We understand the inconvenience caused by these disruptions but are making the most of dry weather conditions to expedite the work. Please continue to drive slowly and cautiously.

תושבים יקרים: עדכון תנועה לגבי עבודות בכביש כניסה לדגן - כיכר התמר-סניקה זית.
לאחר שהיום (שני) הושלמה סלילת שביל האופניים, ממשיכים לסלילת הכביש ולהשלמות אספלט בין כיכר התמר לכניסה לדגן. עד סוף השבוע יהיו חסימות לסירוגין עם הכוונה במקום במקטעי הכביש סניקת זית-כיכר התמר ובחלק מהזמן בין כיכר התמר לכניסה לשכונת הדגן:
בימים *שלישי ורביעי,* 28-29/1/25, בין השעות 08:30-18:00.
ביום *חמישי*, 30/1/25, בין השעות 08:30-21:00.
ביום *שישי* , 31/1/25, בין השעות 08:30-14:00.
אנו מודעים לאתגרים בעקבות החסימות, אך מעוניינים לנצל את הימים שלצערנו לא יורדים גשמים, על מנת לזרז את סיום העבודות.
אנא הקפידו לנסוע לאט ובזהירות.

Monday, January 27, 2025 (27th of Tevet, 5785), at 5:05 PM 

Dear Residents, 

Today, Monday, January 27, 2025, a siren test will take place in Efrat to address recent concerns regarding the system’s performance. At 5:05 PM, a trial siren will sound for 1.5 minutes. This duration corresponds to the time needed to enter a protected area. 

Please note that this is only a test. In the event of a real emergency, an additional siren will sound, and an emergency SMS will be sent by the Efrat Security Center. Further details will also be shared on the Council’s "Updates" WhatsApp group. 

After the test, a survey will be sent for residents who were in public spaces such as streets, parks, or internal roads, to provide feedback on the siren’s volume. The siren may also be audible in towns near Efrat. 

Please inform your family members to avoid unnecessary panic.

תושבים יקרים, היום, יום שני 27/1/25 יתקיים ניסוי צופרים באפרת לבדיקת תקינות המערכת לאור מספר תלונות שהגיעו לאחרונה.

- *בשעה 17:05 תופעל אזעקת ניסוי באפרת למשך דקה וחצי (זמן ההתרעה מקביל לזמן הכניסה למרחב המוגן)*.
- שימו לב: מדובר בבדיקה בלבד, *במקרה של אזעקת אמת תופעל אזעקה נוספת*, יישלח מסרון חירום מטעם מוקד ביטחון אפרת ופרטים נוספים יעלו בווצאפ "עדכונים" של המועצה.
- לאחר הניסוי, נשלח סקר לטובת תושבים ששהו במרחב הציבורי (רחוב, פארק, כביש פנימי בתוך היישוב) ומעוניינים לדווח לנו על עצמת ההתראה.
- טווח שמיעת האזעקה עשוי להגיע גם ליישובים הסמוכים לאפרת.
