1. Paper is moderate in few questions and equally difficult to answer and eliminate statements in few areas
2. Factual data and recent reports were highlighted
3. Interlinked topics like MDPI and Niti Ayog nodal role
4. Last one year CA was totally covered
5. Overall examiner is expecting students to understand the syllabus very well and depth knowledge is much needed
Finally, not an easy paper and any aspirant who scores more than 80+ is a best score.
I will share the questions reflected from notes as early as possible.

The Rule of Law Index ranks the countries on eight indicators: constraints on government powers, absence of corruption, open government, fundamental rights, order and security, regulatory enforcement, civil Justice and criminal justice.
Within South Asia, India ranked third after Nepal (69) and Sri Lanka (75), followed by Bangladesh (127) Pakistan (129) and Afghanistan (140). Among the G7 countries, Germany topped fifth, followed by Canada (12), Japan (14), UK (15), France (22), the USA (27) and Italy (32). Venezuela got the lowest rank and placed at 142.

India conducts first-ever riverine dolphin population estimation exercise
The exercise, led by the Wildlife Institute of India, covered two species -- the Ganges river dolphin and the Indus river dolphin. It will provide a baseline population of riverine dolphins in India for future assessments.
India launched Project Dolphin, a conservation initiative to protect dolphins in both freshwater rivers and coastal waters, in 2020. While its primary focus is on the Ganges river dolphin, native to India's river systems, the project also aims to safeguard dolphins in the country's oceans.
The presence of dolphins indicates a healthy river system because they require clean, flowing water to survive. Their population helps scientists assess the overall health of a river.
