In this session of Infinite Games, Ann Light, one of the co-creators of the CreaTures evaluation framework, will share her experience about the guiding principles behind its formulation, as well as using a case study of an eco-social futures project to walk participants through the various elements of the framework. There will also be a conversation about how some of these new dimensions of evaluation might translate to evaluating the success of interventions in Public Service work.

In this session of Infinite Games, game designer Kathryn Hymes from award-winning studio Thorny Games will be sharing about her experience co-designing therapeutic games for and with people with aphasia – the loss of language due to brain injury – alongside faculty at Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh, and members of the Aphasia Recovery Connection, a US-based support group. Kathryn will also outline three prototype games informed by the therapeutic design principles developed through the coordination process.
