A Big reason why people never reach profitability is because they suffer from something I like to call Mid Cap Syndrome

This is where they see a coin at 250 Million-1 Billion and think “it’s already so high, there’s no way I’ll get any good gains from it. Im just going to go buy a 250k Shitcoin.”

While this sounds logical at surface level, it’s simply just not true.

In fact, this 200 mil-1 Billion zone is acting as the best sweet spot in crypto right now for a certain group of coins

They have already established diamond handed communities, producing great content, and are set up nicely to onboard normies

These coins have the best shot at 10-50xing from here vs a coin at 1 mil mc, that could just as easily die an hour from now.

It sounds counter intuitive, but take it from someone who’s lived through 3 cycles now. The runners who have the momentum tend to continue to dominate. Despite being at “high” mcs already.

$DOGE will not be the only Meme coin to ever surpass a 50 Billion MC. In fact, there will be 5-10 Memes next year that hit 20-100 Billion MC

And most of these coins are in that 200-1 Billion MC range right now

So I Implore you, dont rule out a coin that checks all of your other boxes, because it’s already a mid or high cap in your eyes.

These will be the memes that make the most people rich next year and have the biggest impact.

And the people simply accumulating them during these corrections, and holding deep into next year, while taking partials on the way up, will out perform almost everyone else.

So there is 2 paths in front of $ETH and the other 2 major heading into January

Both result in higher highs and explosive growth in the coming weeks

Lets dive in:

1.$ETH holds this 11 day consolidation low and shifts to the upside from here. Meaning the correction low is already in and we get no more downside

-The final confirmation of this scenario, would be 2 daily candle closes above the consolidation high at 3650
-Would essentially mean we get new Highs on the majors, probably in the next week or two

2.The majors decide to make one more fresh low in their multi week corrective channels, before bottoming out and heading higher.

-This could cause our memes and alts to also pull back one more time (or maybe not, Memes lead majors back in July-August).
-The confirmation of this scenario would be a break of the mid December lows (3200 $ETH)
-Would mean we likely wait another few (or several) weeks to see new highs

Whether scenario 1 or 2 plays out, the writing is on the wall

The corrective chart behavior across Majors, Quality alts, and our conviction memes are screaming “upside” going into 2025

Don’t sweat the short term, because the mid and long term will produce a favorable outcome for quality digital assets.

$AIXBT is another play I (@brentrades) shared in here 3 weeks ago that is up more than 3x from entry

This AI correction/washout the past few weeks has acted as a purge

Where useless farms got killed off and the few usesful/quality agents and infrastructure (like $AIXBT,$ZEREBRO,$AI16z,etc) are rising out of the ashes onto higher MC thresholds.

$AIXBT seems to be the dominate agent right now on twitter with its mix of useful information and witty humor

History doesn’t repeat in Crypto, but it often rhymes.

This should be a massive consideration when it comes to your investment strategy.

You should consider market cycles, how they have moved historically, and where that could take us next… For example if we were using data from previous cycles and applied it to this one, we should see the top sometime in late 2025.

Now last night I was comparing ETH and SOL and I found a HUGE similarity.

The ETH chart this time last year, looked almost identical to how SOL looks now. I’ve highlighted this with numbers to make it clear to see.

Now I’m not saying this is 100% how SOL is going to move next - but I think it’s worth considering if you’re getting overly-bearish. Things might not look great now, but you could be missing the bigger picture.

The markets have been EXTREMELY boring recently. Many of my friends have lost huge amounts. So I’ve decided to make this post since I think A LOT of you need to understand how important psychology is when it comes to trading.

In the Crypto markets, more than any other, I believe psychological analysis plays a HUGE part. Lines, indicators and charts mean nothing if you have not mastered the art of psychological analysis.

It is SO important to identify your own emotions. If you cannot be neutral, you will struggle to trade in these markets.

So let’s give a quick breakdown of things to identify:

A) Am I being greedy?
⁃ Over-exposed financially, too stubborn to sell.

B - Am I experiencing FOMO?
⁃ Heart is racing, need to buy asap

C) Is my ego too big?
⁃ Posting ppl screenshots, talking about how you’re the best trader of all time

D) Am I experiencing deep fear?
⁃ Probably what a lot of you are experiencing right now. ‘It’s so over,’ Chart red. Everything bleeding. Networth going to 0.

E) Am I Gambling or being a responsible trader?
⁃ Truthfully you know the answer of this yourself. Combine all the above and come to a conclusion.

How do you become consistently profitable? By recognising all the above, and going in with responsible size, taking profits on the way up, not marrying your bags, knowing when to cut losses and call it a day.

Trading is Psychology.

Learn to understand your own emotions before you think you're good enough to try understand the emotion of others.

As I am sure you’ve all seen, over the past few weeks - Solana has been fudded to the ground.

Many people have spoken about how they think Solana is over, and that it won’t continue to lead the cycle.

But the truth is, if you step away from the noise and focus on what the chart is telling us, all I am seeing is a small retrace after we tested the old ATHs.

The Christmas period has been quiet - But I think we are in for a good Jan… So I have been buying this dip very hard.

Nothing about this chart or the price action is at all concerning - it is simply correcting before a leg higher.

The number one thing that will save you during corrective periods like this is being extremely picky with your trades/moves

Corrective periods are essentially a period of hard mode where even quality coins go down and sideways

And the runs on the outliers are usually very short lived

Therefore, the best thing you can do for your portfolio during these times is 2 things

1. Accumulate the quality coins that have shown strength, have great community dynamics, good supply distribution etc

A lot of these coins are currently In corrections of 50-80% right now

If you’ve been in here more than a few days you know some of the coins I love.

2. Sit on your hands. Less is more during times like this

Again, corrective periods are hard mode. Anyone who was around this spring and summer knows exactly what I’m talking about

It’s best to wait this time out and buy the sure fire bets that will sky rocket during this next leg up

The end of the December is almost always this way, so do not stress

This cool off period the best thing that could happen going into what could be the most important year in crypto history

To me, It is a first of its kind Hybrid Meme and (future) utility token.

The second key principle for long term crypto success is position sizing

In meme coins, this is more important than in any other asset in the world, with its volatility.

There are now established long term meme coins, but most will not make it and go to 0

Therefore proper sizing is crucial to your survival

Here are a few Position Size Principles:
-NEVER go all in on or “full port” a coin (or even a few) You will eventually lose everything
-Risk no more than 10% of your port on any single coin (And 5% if you trade super low caps)
-A 5-15 coin portfolio seems to be the sweet spot for long term holds

This is what separates someone who’s good at finding plays and a person who is extremely profitable.

On the lower timeframes the chart looks as though it’s gearing for a breakout. A clear resistance has been established at this level and I’m hoping to see a huge breakout when this is cleared.

Everyone is asking why $TREMP and other trump coins are dumping despite DT winning the Election

Its Simple, the euphoric Expectations of most traders weren’t met and therefore it sold off when price didnt pump.

It’s never about the actual results of these events that moves price

But instead the expectations of traders/analysts before the event vs. the actual results

A perfect example of this is $ETH when the ETFs launched.

Everyone expected price to go up only. And when those expectations weren’t met, people sold off and short liquidations happened

Which resulted in $ETH getting decimated far worse than the other two majors.

This is why the most obvious bets leading into big events (Trump coins leading into an election) usually end up dumping out instead. Expectations are rarely met.

If this is you, next time try try sticking to your core holdings. As you can see, if the result is positive for crypto, the proven coins are what goes up
