i do not encourage people to use perps. and i started it as a side quest, but i made by far more on perps last month that i ever have on chain
i personally use a barbell port to express 100% of my USDC stack only risking 10% of it on the account. i’m also heavily stabled net worth wise, so it just works and allows me to remain exposed to the market, express capital more efficiently
to each there own, but its the same game, but a different season of the game
if your making money on chain / have an edge there, stick to that imo gl & hf

All this means is that the music is gonna last longer. We will have less regulations, less restriction, and there is now no ceiling. You can literally make as much money as you want by just putting in the work and not imposing self-preconstrained restrictions on yourself. The grind is going to be hard, and you're going to have to put in a lot of time and put in a lot of effort to make money. However, the past year or past months or however long you've grinded to gain your edge in the market will suddenly pay off thousands to the seconds. It will not be overnight, but 6 months from now will seem like that. Do not let all your hard work that you have dedicated and sacrificed to this game, to this market, die in vain. Do not give up now. This is just the beginning of the endgame

people need to understand, trading at truly the pinnacle of on chain, is extremely hard. the pinnacle is perfectly using your double edge sword to mastering quick flips, being chronically online taking advantage of NIERO and SHRUB type plays, generational plays that mostly play out in the first few hours. yet the other side of the sword is being able to master the art of doing nothing. sometimes less is more, and on the flip some of my other best trades like MOODENG were me just bidding, taking a step back and logging off
its extremely hard to do, and you have to always remember who your playing this game against. i personally dont think mastering both sides of the sword is beneficial for most people. you need to choose your side. are you a quick flipper, always online scalping new launches for consistent p that stacks up, or do you just bid the main runners early late with size and chill
so many times over, from NEIRO to MOODENG to GOAT, we saw so many people fade the main runner because it was too high and chop themselves to death pvping over the betas, all while the main runner outperforms. i truly think there is a lesson in that. the natural progression of a trader should be to eventually stop playing derivs completely, and only hedge with the betas, solely playing main runners
