potato - hello everyone, im a girl that someone would think as innocent girl , people would think that i don't really know about the 18+ thingy since that what they think i am , but unfortunately i do know about that , during the mid sem break last week i actually watch p*rn , and it's happened because i can't sleep at night and i really regret it 😭😭 i feels disgusting about myself for doing that again , it's been 5 months that i decided not to watch things like that forever, bayangkan i go to church, and i still watch that ?!!!! i really hate myself , i never told people about this , and i don't know how to tell them , i use to hear that i can open to someone that know deeper about religion so they can pray for me , but im just really scared to open up about this , after im watching that show i feels like my life huru hara , everything that i study i cant remember and understand, also i feels im getting uglier , and feels like my vibe is really dark , i feel ashamed about myself and i don't know how to react to this. if someone in my situation may i know how you handle this ☹️

carrot - hi as someone that used to do that kind of things to myself for more than years now ( not a brag, it's just a sin for me now) , i would make myself go out and touch some grass like this is a not a joke. please please go out, if you have any thoughts to do it, go out and take some air. if you are at home or at college, make sure there are people with you, at least you won't think about 18+ thingy much when you have people around you. if you still can't do any of those things that i mentioned, just make yourself busy like study, watch youtube, read a book or just go to sleep. your mind won't be any good to you if you watch that 18+ stuff because it will do harm to your body and mind. yes i know it's hard but it's a must thing for you to do because YOU are the one who did thing to yourself so you must know yourself. i already stopped whatever i did to myself and yeah im quite satisfied because its a progression after a long long years 😾 for a muslim who read this that suffer the same thing, go puasa because puasa is the only way to menahan segala nafsu yang ada dekat dalam diri kau. alright hopefully this will helps you a little. have a good day and ciao

ima guy and i had p*rn addiction before. and yes it is hard to fight it. ive been there, and yet im still battling it. all i can say is, look for the roots why suddenly you had the urge to do so. maybe your phone or whtsver. we cant fight it, but we can flee from it. and yes, im a Christian that struggling w it. try to flee from it, and try to think what God would feel if you do it again and again. if you're Catholic do confession (ik its not easy). be righteous, be renewed. God bless your journey of faith.

anyone else struggles with the dorm table? for me, the chair is too short and the table is too tall. i had to raised my elbow up until almost the same level as my shoulder. if i complain about the table/chair height to the staff, will they do something? or are they going to laugh at me and make fun of me? since, everytime i made report about something needed to be fix in the house, the staff always gives me side eye/judging eye. its irritating tbh.

Admin2 - The table and chair size is fine for me. But I do understand that some people rasa tak selasa with the table and chair size due to their height. My suggestion just letak bantal lapit kat atas kerusi so that the chair doesn't feel too short. Because if you report diorang takkan layan report yg bukan berkaitan dengan kerosakan.
