The conversation highlighted CADT’s strategic initiatives, with Ms. Martina expressing keen interest in how the three institutes are contributing to the nation’s digital transformation.

Moreover, we are enthusiastic about the prospect of future collaborations, particularly in educational exchange opportunities that would enable our students to pursue degrees in Germany and gain global perspectives.

បរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលមិនគ្រាន់តែជាការតភ្ជាប់ប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏ជាការផ្តល់ឱកាស និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យសំខាន់ៗដូចជា វិស័យសុខាភិបាល, កសិកម្ម និងអប់រំ ដែលតាមរយៈបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល អាចតភ្ជាប់គម្លាតនៃការថែទាំសុខភាពរវាងតំបន់ទីក្រុង និងតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាល ឬតាមរយៈឧបករណ៍ឌីជីថល អាចឱ្យកសិករចាប់យកវិធីសាស្ត្រអនុវត្តកម្មឆ្លាតវៃ, បង្កើនផលិតភាព និងចូលទីផ្សារដោយផ្ទាល់យ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស។

រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី ៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា បានដាក់ចេញ យុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី ១ ដែលមានអាទិភាពគន្លឹះចំនួន ៥ គឺ «មនុស្ស ផ្លូវ ទឹក ភ្លើង និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា» ជាពិសេស «បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល» សម្រាប់ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងបដិវត្តន៍ឧស្សាហកម្មទី ៤ ដោយបានកំណត់យកការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមឌីជីថល ក្នុងបញ្ចកោណទី ៥ ដើម្បីចូលរួមជំរុញសម្ទុះនៃកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ និងកសាងមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះដ៏រឹងមាំ សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០៥០ ។ ជាក់ស្តែង រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តនូវប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មានសម្រាប់គ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធាណៈ(FMIS) និងប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលជាច្រើនទៀត ដែលធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវបរិយាកាសការងារ នៅក្នុងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន និងរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ តាមរយៈ ការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល ការកំណត់យកការផ្លាស់ប្តូររបៀបរបបការងារលើឯកសារក្រដាស ទៅជាការងារលើឯកសារអេឡិចត្រូនិកព្រមទាំងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរពីការស្នើសុំ និង ផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈដោយផ្ទាល់ ទៅជាការស្នើសុំ និងការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈតាមប្រព័ន្ធឌីជីថល ដើម្បីធានាថា សេវាកម្មត្រូវបានផ្តល់ប្រកប ដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងតម្លាភាព ចំណេញពេល មានភាពសាមញ្ញ និងភាពងាយស្រួល ហើយអាចចូលរួម កាត់បន្ថយការិយាធិបតេយ្យនិង អំពើពុករលួយ ។

On 4 February 2025 at the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology, H.E Khov Makara, Secretary of State, Ministry of Post and Telecommunications presided over the opening of the Workshop on Validating Preliminary Results and Discussing Recommendations of the “UNESCO’s Ethics of AI Readiness Assessment in Cambodia”, organized by the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) and UNESCO, supported by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), with the participation of 120 representatives from ministries, agencies, associations, private companies, startups, research and education institutions, and civil societies.

The workshop reviewed and validated the preliminary results of the ethics of AI readiness and discussed the recommendations for the development of artificial intelligence technology in Cambodia, aimed at promoting the participation and benefits of AI adoption.

Introduction to “Machine Translation for Khmer Braille”, an innovative solution designed to facilitate the seamless translation of Khmer text to Braille.

ទីក្រុងបាងកក, ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥- បណ្ឌិត្យសភាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា (CADT) មានកិត្តិយសសូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជនទាំងអស់មេត្តាជ្រាបថាបេក្ខភាពតំណាងរបស់កម្ពុជា កម្មវិធី “កម្មវិធីបកប្រែភាសាខ្មែរប្រៃយ៍ - Machine Translations for Khmer Braille” ដែលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដោយបណ្ឌិត្យសភាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា (CADT)  ក្រោមការសហការជាមួយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអប់រំពិសេសដែល និងអង្គការគ្រួសារថ្មី បានទទួលជ័យលាភីមេដាយមាសពានរង្វាន់ “Digital Inclusivity” ក្នុងកម្មវិធីពានរង្វាន់ “ASEAN Digital Awards 2025”​ ដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅទីក្រុងបាងកក ប្រទេសថៃ។

គូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កម្មវិធីបកប្រែភាសាខ្មែរប្រៃយ៍ គឺជាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាដែលប្រើប្រាស់បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតដើម្បីបកប្រែពីភាសាខ្មែរ ទៅភាសាខ្មែរប្រៃយ៍ ហើយត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងជាពិសេសដើម្បីផ្ដល់ភាពងាយស្រួលដល់គ្រូបង្រៀនក្នុងការរៀបចំឯកសារអានជាអក្សរខ្មែរប្រៃយ៍ជូនដល់កុមារ និងសិស្សានុសិស្សដែលពិការភ្នែកឬខ្សោយគំហើញឱ្យកាន់តែបានលឿននិងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។
