What is the deep connection between US Deep State and Indian Parliament? On the eve of every Indian Parliament session there is a new controversy floated by them to give the opposition a new issue or scandal to disrupt the Parliament.

Whether it is Pegasus story, the Hindenburg report and now the latest US indictment of Adani Green Energy Ltd on charges of having paid US $ 265 million as bribes to Indian officials to secure solar power power projects in India.

The immediate fallout of this indictment led to withdrawal of US$ denominated 600 million bond offering by Adani Green Energy Ltd. There was a 20% fall in the stock markets across all Adani companies leading to a loss of US $ 28 billion. And moreover it gives the Congress led opposition a new issue to drum beat in Parliament. The main motive is to disrupt Parliament as most important Waqf Board Bill is to be discussed and passed along with other important bills. Also after the positive exit poll results last evening they want to somehow put the government on back foot. Already Kharge has issued statements about complicity of Modi and Adani .

So you can expect fireworks in Parliament 26th November onwards.

After the defeat in US elections the Democrats have still not been able to digest Trump win. And all important bonhomie between Trump and Modi is also unpalatable. There is a world wide concerted effort to target Indian companies led by Adani and also undermine the Indian Stock market. Already Adani's all impotent Sabang port deal with Indonesia is under threat. The new government in Sri Lanka is also reviewing the wind energy deals with Adani.

The Deep State wants Indian public to lose money heavily in Stock markets and in turn give another agenda to their agent Pappu. Modi's rising graph in world politics is also on their target.

Expect some more scandals and issues to hit Indian markets by Biden administration until Trump finally takes charge on January 20th next year.

*New IRDAI rules for settlement of medical claims effective immediately.*

*NEW MASTER CIRCULAR issued by IRDAI repeals 55 previous circulars.*

*Major reforms FOR health insurance policies - especially beneficial for Sr Citizens.*

1. Insurers / TPA should approve cashless claims within 1 hour.

2. Final authorization for hospital discharge within 3 hours of intimation by the hospital.

3. One-month grace period for annual renewal of medical policies. (Policy will be protected up to 1 month from expiry of policy

4. In case of multiple policies, policyholders can select the policy under which they wish to claim

5. IMPORTANT - for settlement of claims, the insurer / TPA must collect documents/queries from hospitals directly.

6. *They should NOT call for documents from the insured (policyholder)*

7. Policyholders with NO CLAIMS, are to be rewarded with an increased sum assured OR discounted premium (at the time of renewal)

8. All medical insurance policies are renewable and renewal CANNOT be denied because of previous claims (except in case of fraud, or misrepresentation). No fresh underwriting is required for renewal (without enhancement)

Insurers have been advised to move to 100 % cashless claim settlements - and empanel all categories of hospitals considering affordability for all population segments.

*CIS - Customer Information Sheet to be provided with every policy document giving complete details of the medical insurance policy.*

*These are MAJOR LANDMARK reforms in the health insurance sector that come into effect immediately.*
