* ظهور شيئ من بطن أو ظهر المحرم هل يضر بصلاته؟ *

*السؤال :*

*السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته حفظك الله ورعاك يا شيخنا*

*لما يكون الشخص يصلي وهو في حالة الإحرام، هل تكون صلاته صحيحة إذا انكشف جزء من جسمه، مثل الأضلاع (جانب الجسم) أو البطن؟*

*وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته حياكم الله*

*مادام ساترا لعورته مابين السرة والركبة وكان واضعا ثوبا على منكبيه فصلاته صحيحة حتى لو ظهرت بطنه (فوق السرة) أو ظهر شيئ من ظهره أو جنبه فإن ذلك لايضر*

‏بلغني دخولُ شيخنا ووالدنا العلامة النّاقد الزّاهد المُجاهِدُ ربيع بن هادي حفظه الله للمستشفى بسببِ ارتفاعٍ في السُّكر، فاللهَ تعالى أسألُ بمنِّه وكرمهِ وجُودهِ أنْ يُلبسَ شيخنا ثوبَ الصِّحَّةِ والسّلامة، ويجمعَ له بين الأجرِ والعافية، إنّهُ سميعٌ مجيبٌ.

‎Shaykh Shams Ad-Din Al-Afghani حفظه الله said: “Clinging to the doubt of ‘harshness’ is the way of the generality of the those who turn matters cold and who impede matters and who keep cordial with the Ahl Al-Bīd’āh (the people of Innovation). They, in past and present (times) accuse the people of Tawhīd (Monotheism), Sunnah and Hadith with harshness, aggressiveness, extremism and evil manners, while they (i.e. those making this claim) are amongst the most severe of people towards the people of Tawhīd and the most lenient of them towards Ahl Al-Bīd’āh (the people of Innovation).

‎How excellent is what has been said in refutation of those who turn matters cold and cling on to the doubt of harshness:

‎ولو كان تشديداً بيان كتابه’
‎‘And if harshness was in explaining His Book,

‎وإظهار قول للنبي محمد
‎And manifesting a saying of the Prophet Muhammad,

‎فإني بحمد اللّه ربي مشدد
‎Then by the praise of Allah My Lord I am harsh!

‎’.هلم شهوداً فاشهدوا كل مشهد
‎Bring on the witnesses, then let every witness witness.’”
