أعظم الأعمال الصالحة هو الإيمان كما جاء في الحديث الصحيح : ( أنّ النبيّ صلّى الله عليه وسلم سأله رجل قال : عن أفضل الأعمال قال : الإيمان بالله تبارك و تعالى ).
The greatest of righteous deeds is Imaan (belief) as it has come in the authentic hadith: "That a man asked the Prophet ﷺ about the greatest of actions, so he ﷺ said: Imaan in Allah tabaraka wa ta'la."

فالإيمان عمل قلبي مش كما يظن بعض الناس أنه لا علاقة له بالعمل لا ، .
So, Imaan is an action of the heart. It is not like how some people assume that Imaan has no correlation with (physical) actions, no!

الإيمان أولاً لا بدّ من أن يتحرّك القلب بالإيمان بالله ورسوله
(Rather) Imaan is firstly, that the heart must be moved with the Iman of Allah and His Messenger.

ثم لا بدّ أن يقترن مع هذا الإيمان الذي وقر في القلب أن يظهر ذلك على البدن و الجوارح
Then, it is a must with this Iman that has become firmly established in the hearts that it becomes apparent on the body and limbs.

Can one Enter Jannah Just by Wishing - Sheikh Al-Albani

لذلك فقوله تبارك و تعالى (( ادخلوا الجنة بما كنتم تعملون ))
That's why, Allah tabaraka wa ta'ala says (meaning of the ayah): "Enter you Jannah, because of (the good) which you used to do (in the world)."

نصٌّ قاطع صريحٌ بأنّ دخول الجنة ليس بمجرد الأماني كما قال تعالى : (( ليس بأمانيّكم ولا أمانيّ أهل الكتاب من يعمل سوءاً يجز به ))
A definite, clear cut text that entering Jannah is not by merely wishing like He the Exalted says (meaning of the ayah): "It will not be in accordance with your desires (Muslims), nor those of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), whosoever works evil, will have the recompense thereof"

من يعمل خيراً يجز به، من يعمل سوءاً يجز به ، كما قال تعالى : (( فمن يعمل مثقال ذرةٍ خيراً يره ومن يعمل مثقال ذرةٍ شراً يره ))
Whoever does good will be recompensed for it, whoever does evil will be recompensed for it like He the Exalted says (meaning of the ayah): "So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it."
