⏩𝐊𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐤 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤: The RBI has lifted restrictions allowing it to onboard new customers through its online & mobile banking channels and issue fresh credit cards.

⏩𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐓𝐞𝐥: Received work orders of ₹123.13 cr from Bihar Education Project Council and an additional ₹14.71 cr work order from Airports Authority of India Chennai.

⏩𝐍𝐓𝐏𝐂 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧: ONGC and NTPC Green JV acquired the Ayana Renewable Power for an enterprise value of ₹19,500 cr.

⏩𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫: The subsidiary Tata Power Renewable Energy has signed a non-binding MoU with ONGC to explore joint opportunities in battery energy storage system.

⏩𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐒: Signed an MoU with Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) to collaborate on IT solutions for consultancy assignments.

⏩𝐕𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐞: The RBI has extended validity of authorization to set up, own and operate White Label ATMs in India, until March 31, 2026.

⏩𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬: The Subsidiary, Adani Harbour Services has incorporated a JV company, Al Annabi Marine Services, in Qatar.

⏩𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞: To partner with Liebherr to set up a manufacturing unit to address global aerospace industry demand.

⏩𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬:Incorporated its arm in Singapore to set up a global capability centre for R&D with investment of $100,000 towards the initial subscription of shares.
