🦾 What’s the job like?
1. Assisting tutors with printing notes and buying snacks (welfare is life!)
2. Keeping the area tidy (you’ll be the organization hero!)
3. Stocking up on drinks and snacks to make sure everyone’s happy
4. Tidying classrooms and lecture theatres after lessons (and making sure bins are cleared).

We’re looking for flyer distributors for Zenith’s 2024 Open House to promote Zenith’s JC Openhouse to graduated sec 4 students collecting their results/attending JC open houses.

1. O-Level Results Day
- Date: 11 Jan (Thursday)
- ⁠Time: 1.30 - 3.30pm
- ⁠30 schools available for distribution
- ⁠$40 per 2-hour session

2. JC OPEN HOUSE
- Date: 10 - 15 Jan (Most openhouses on 12 Jan)
- ⁠Time: 1.30 - 3.30pm
- ⁠All JCs available for distribution
- ⁠$50 per 3-hour session

One distributor per school! If you're interested, put your name beside your preferred school (if its still empty)

Collection Details
- Collection of flyers will be on 10 Jan between 430-930pm.
- Select your preferred branch for flyer collection if it is different from the default branch

Payment Details
- On the day of distribution, send @bryanntan a picture of yourself BEFORE and AFTER distributing (required for verification & payment)
- ⁠Payment will be made within a week of the distribution

Other Pointers
- Do not give out multiple flyers at once just to clear the pile
- ⁠Be proactive with the distribution, do approach students and offer them flyers by saying things like “Hi! Would you like to attend a free JC openhouse”
- ⁠Position yourself strategically i.e. dont stand where theres no foot traffic
