Senior Full Stack Developer/ Next.js
#Remotely for UAE, Full time
We are seeking an experienced and talented Next.js Developer to join our skilled engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications using Next.js. You will collaborate with other developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create innovative, user-friendly, and high-performance web solutions that meet our client's specific needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
A Next.js developer would specialize in building web applications using Next.js, delivering fast and SEO-friendly web experiences.
Creating fast and SEO-friendly web experiences, developing high-performance web applications that rank well on search engines.
Having a good experience in e-commerce is a plus.
Designing, developing, and maintaining relational database systems, including creating and managing database schemas, tables, and queries to support the functionality of Next.js applications.
Key Skills:
Proven track record with significant experience in full-stack developer roles, preferably as a Senior Software Engineer.
You are proficient in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, and a strong knowledge of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of state management libraries, such as Redux or MobX.
Familiar with server-side technologies, such as Node.js.
Proficient in working with diverse database technologies, with a preference for candidates with excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Designing, developing, and implementing web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and product managers, to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needs
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards for Next.js development
Optimizing web applications for maximum performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices
Performing thorough testing and debugging of Next.js applications to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and security
Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications, to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Next.js, React, and front-end web development technologies, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications or create new ones
Designing, developing, and maintaining relational database systems, including creating and managing database schemas, tables, and queries to support the functionality of Next.js applications.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience as a Next.js Developer above 3 years experiences,
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and proven track record of implementing successful SEO strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
