Key responsibilities:
1. Make cold calls to prospective students and clearly explain the advantages of our educational offerings.
2. Answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and give details about our initiatives and offerings.
3. Establish and preserve a solid rapport with potential students while helping them with the enrolling process.
4. Work together with the sales team to meet monthly goals and support the expansion of the business.
5. Use our CRM software to accurately record student information, requests, and follow-up actions.
6. Deliver outstanding customer service by swiftly addressing any worries or difficulties brought up by students.
7. Keep abreast of current market trends and advancements to properly respond to questions and concerns from students.
