The best way to remove your weaknesses is not to think about them; otherwise you will be overwhelmed. Bring the light in and you will feel that darkness never was. Viktor Frankl, one of the great psychiatrists of the twentieth century,
survived the death camps of Nazi Germany.
His little book, "Manโs Search for Meaning", is one of those life-changing books that everyone should read.
Frankl once told the story of a woman who called him in the middle of the night to calmly inform him she was about to commit suicide.
Frankl kept her on the phone and talked her through her depression,
giving her reason after reason to carry on living.
Finally she promised she would not take her life, and she kept her word.
When they later met,

The Vedanta recognises no sin, it only recognises error. And the greatest error, says the Vedanta, is to say that you are weak, that you are a sinner, a miserable creature, and that you have no power and you cannot do this and that.

Very often, we have solutions to all the problems of the world, & yet, we arenโt able to solve our own problems, why?
There is not dearth of knowledge; in fact, there is obsessive accumulation of knowledge. The irony is that our knowledge & our experiences are running parallel to each other. They need to be bridged & that bridge is self-awareness. One of the greatest gifts to mankind is this gift of self-awareness- man can stand apart from himself & practice self- observation.
Man alone can analyse his own experiences & improve himself. Man alone can study his own behaviour & either appropriate himself for it or replace those behaviours that he wishes to Change. Man alone canโt only study a subject, but also become a subject of his own study. No other creation has been gifted with the blessings of self-awareness. Such a powerful inner resource remains dormant in most people.
Self-awareness must be nurtured & developed. How? By Practicing introspection at the close of everyday.
What is introspection? Before going to sleep, practice a mental run of all your experiences of that day. Recall each one of them. Pat yourself wherever you think you were right. Analyse your mistakes & ask yourself what else you could have done.
Introspection helps you look back into your actions & gain insight into your thoughts & feelings. Introspection will awaken your inner voice, which, in turn will awaken you. Youโll find motivation to do more & more of what is right & youโll also discover through introspection that youโre not repeating your mistakes.

If you really want to have a awesome talk with them then ask them about their childhood memories, their school , friends memories and see how beautiful they engage in the conversation.
It's a very small but gives immense bliss to them

Habit of Naamsmarana- means a kind of F.D.....*
*When you buy a beautiful item, people appreciate it but your bank account is being empty.
1) We get best human body
2) Born in a distinguished family.*
3) Gets a healthy body.
4) get a good wife
5) get Loving parents
6) One gets brothers who give life to you in difficult times .
7) Strong intellect in you
8) Completes higher education.
9) The enemy is destroyed.
10) Good children are born.
11) Good economy.
12) Gains longevity.
13) Attainment of Satsanga.
14) Moves without opposition.
15) Gets better architectural comfort and vehicle comfort.
Then people say, "What a fortunate man he is"! But how much virtue is spent from our spiritual bank! Shouldn't we add it again? If there is a ruckus in doing of good deeds and good karma , trouble begins, then the same people say, "it happens because of evil eye
So wise people keep their punya (good deed, namsmarna) bank full by regular worship. The Lord has filled all His power in Naam. Ignorant people sneer at the very salutary chanting as hypocrisy but once the corona virus is infected, it is the same people who beg God for mercy.
But what will the manager do if there is no balance in the account? Therefore, instead of begging, one should beg for the grace of God. Later on, the devotee stopped withdrawing the amount due to disillusionment. Long life F.D. *makes life pleasant.*

Diwali is a festival that has cultural significance in many ways-
1. Diwali symbolizes the victory of good over evil, light over darkness, and knowledge over ignorance. It's also a time to celebrate the triumph of Dharma over Adharma.
2. Diwali is associated with deities like Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity, and Ganesha, the god of wisdom
3. Diwali is associated with several legends, including the return of Prince Rama from exile after defeating the demon king Ravana.
4. Historically, it marks the day when Krishna was supposed to have slain Narakasura. Narakasura was not his original name, but he gave everyone hell, so they called him Narakasura. Narak means hell โ one who is causing hell to everyone is a Narakasura. When this โcausing of hellโ was brought to an end by Krishna, people celebrated by lighting lamps in every house.
Now , the DIWALI symbolism for us -
1. Diwali or Deepavali is the โfestival of lights.โ One reason why light is so significant in human life is the way our visual apparatus is made. So , just try and see light or colour ( positive aspects ) in everything, specially aspirants ๐๐
2. Before Diwali, people clean and organize their homes. So , as students , we should clean our minds of doubts , fear , anxiety !
3. Like everyone, eat and share sweets and snacks and enjoy with firecrackers! Let the negative thoughts and future fears be burned with noise of crackers and just light the diya in ur mind ; diya of hope and positivity !
4. Light means clarity. Diwali is important because it is a festival dedicated to clarity, to bringing down the murkiness in you.
5. Diwali is a symbol of beating inertia, because inertia is the source of narak, or hell. Once inertia sets in, you will not go to hell โ you will be hell.

Diwali is a festival that has cultural significance in many ways-
1. Diwali symbolizes the victory of good over evil, light over darkness, and knowledge over ignorance. It's also a time to celebrate the triumph of Dharma over Adharma.
2. Diwali is associated with deities like Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity, and Ganesha, the god of wisdom
3. Diwali is associated with several legends, including the return of Prince Rama from exile after defeating the demon king Ravana.
4. Historically, it marks the day when Krishna was supposed to have slain Narakasura. Narakasura was not his original name, but he gave everyone hell, so they called him Narakasura. Narak means hell โ one who is causing hell to everyone is a Narakasura. When this โcausing of hellโ was brought to an end by Krishna, people celebrated by lighting lamps in every house.
Now , the DIWALI symbolism for us -
1. Diwali or Deepavali is the โfestival of lights.โ One reason why light is so significant in human life is the way our visual apparatus is made. So , just try and see light or colour ( positive aspects ) in everything, specially aspirants ๐๐
2. Before Diwali, people clean and organize their homes. So , as students , we should clean our minds of doubts , fear , anxiety !
3. Like everyone, eat and share sweets and snacks and enjoy with firecrackers! Let the negative thoughts and future fears be burned with noise of crackers and just light the diya in ur mind ; diya of hope and positivity !
4. Light means clarity. Diwali is important because it is a festival dedicated to clarity, to bringing down the murkiness in you.
5. Diwali is a symbol of beating inertia, because inertia is the source of narak, or hell. Once inertia sets in, you will not go to hell โ you will be hell.
So just celebrate with all the joy and happiness ๐ ๐! HAPPY DIWALI EVERYONE โบ๏ธโบ๏ธ

Find people who can handle your darkest truths,
who don't change the subject when you share your pain, or try to make you feel bad for feeling bad.
Find people who understand we all struggle, some of us more than others, and that there's no weakness in admitting it. In fact, few things take as much strength.
Find people who want to be real, however that looks and feels, and who want you to be real, too.
Find people who get that life is hard, and who get that life is also beautiful, and who aren't afraid to honor both those realities.
Find the people who become your strength in your difficult times and hold you strong to go ahead

Stop worrying too much about what may come in the future or what has happened in the past.
Our seconds tick by too fast to waste on things you can't change or control.
Just let it be. Take a deep breath, be in the moment, and just be thankful for where you're at right now.
The present is all we really have. Forget about the 'what ifs' and the 'should/could-haves.'
Accept what was and what is. Remember, you've got one life, one opportunity to live.
Don't let it slip away while you focus on the wrong things. Breathe in. Breathe out. Make every moment count.

It is believed that, being a Samsara Yogi is supreme form of all Yogas...
It is not about the Enjoyment, it is about the perpetuation.
If our parents have renunciated, we would not have existed right.
Sticking to Dharma in everything (Dharmic Kama, Dharmic Karma & Dharmic Artha) is what expected out of every individual at all the times is what that is expected by the Supreme Self and Krishna resides where there is Dharma!
