Directed Energy Weapon Systems Acquisition Act of 2016

This bill amends the Bob Stump National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 to state that, if supplies or support services are urgently needed to eliminate a deficiency in directed energy weapon systems, the Department of Defense (DOD) may use specified rapid acquisition procedures to acquire and deploy needed offensive or defensive directed energy weapon systems capabilities, supplies, and associated support services.

"Directed energy weapon system" means military action using highly focused sound, electromagnetic, or particle-beam energy to incapacitate, damage, or destroy enemy equipment, facilities, or personnel.

The bill redesignates DOD's High Energy Laser Joint Technology Office as the Joint Directed Energy Program Office.

The Office shall: (1) develop a strategic plan for development and transition of directed energy weapons capabilities, and (2) use new and revised DOD policies to accelerate the development and transition of directed energy capabilities toward fielding.

We are elated that President Trump has decided to reinstate all military service members who were discharged for refusing to comply with the military's unethical and unconstitutional COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Unfortunately, it comes years too late. Although they will receive back pay and benefits, this does not erase the trauma suffered by these honorable service members and their families for the past three or four years. That is time they cannot get back. Many of these brave men and women had religious objections to the shot, objections that were, in virtually all cases, ignored. That is a blatant violation of the First Amendment. We The Patriots USA will continue to fight for the constitutional rights of all Americans who suffer this kind of injustice, whether in the public or private sector.

👏 Court Rules Against Hospital That Fired Woman for Refusing COVID Vaccine

Saint Luke’s Health Systems improperly fired an employee when it rejected her request for a religious exemption from the hospital system’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, the Court of Appeal of the State of Kansas ruled.

The court said:

“Not only did she explain that her refusal to get the COVID-19 vaccine is based on her religious views … [she] further evidenced the religiosity of her beliefs when she stated that she had discussed her concerns about getting the vaccine with the pastor from her church.”

The court pointed out that the Kansas law on COVID-19 vaccination requirements specifies that an employer “shall grant an exemption requested in accordance with this section based on sincerely held religious beliefs without inquiring into the sincerity of the request.”

In other words, the hospital was wrong for even questioning the sincerity of Glean’s religious beliefs regarding her request.

BREAKING: All through the day today Twitter/X has been basically slaughtering the voices of many large accounts especially if they have expressed disapproval or even questions about these big tech Brose like Vivek Ramaswami and Elon Musk, pushing H1B visas to bring in foreign workers to replace Americans in the tech fields.

Many large accounts have lost their blue checkmark which means they cannot monetize their accounts nor can they use the premium features that they've paid for. And many accounts after losing the blue checkmark have been suspended, this is a slaughtering of free speech from a guy who says he bought Twitter to restore it.

This is a huge sign of sweeping censorship and something is brewing. I don't care if you like Laura Loomer or any of the other accounts that have been restricted, you should be clamoring for everyone's right to express opinions without retribution

BSU athletes file lawsuit over Mountain West Conference policy allowing gender-confused men to play women’s athletics

Two Boise State women’s volleyball athletes just filed a lawsuit over Mountain West Conference policies that resulted in a forfeited match against San Jose State University (SJSU) in September.

The BSU athletes are joined by a coalition of a coach and several athletes from four other universities in the Mountain West Conference. They’re alleging that a Mountain West Conference policy – which forces teams to forfeit if they won’t compete against gender-confused athletes – violates their rights under Title IX and the U.S. Constitution:

“Recently, the [Mountain West Conference and San Jose State University have] diminished sport opportunities for women, spread inaccurate information, used their positions to chill and suppress speech with which they disagree, and punished dozens of female collegiate volleyball student-athletes for taking a public stand for their right to compete in a separate sports category, all in a concerted effort to stamp out debate over women’s rights in sport.”

SJSU has been embroiled in controversy all season due to the presence of a confused male athlete on the women’s volleyball team. Five universities – including Boise State – have already canceled previously scheduled matches against SJSU as a result.

Making matters worse, the associate head coach for the San Jose State University (SJSU) women’s volleyball team was recently suspended after filing another Title IX complaint against the school, alleging that the gender-confused SJSU volleyball athlete schemed with the opposing team to throw a match and injure one of his conservative teammates.
Instead of protecting vulnerable athletes, the university chose to suspend the coach that filed the report—allowing the biologically male athlete to continue playing and practicing with the women’s volleyball team, despite allegedly conspiring against his teammates.
As we’ve been saying, it seems like athletes and students of all political persuasions have finally had enough with biological males robbing girls of their athletic opportunities. We’ll keep you updated as this lawsuit proceeds.

Heads up to those of you in ARIZONA, the coming attacks against infrastructure there, the "activation" of cross-border sabotage teams, is going to be the most intense of anywhere in the USA.
