How are You Check in Champions (CIC) Programme Facilitators
How Are You is an informal community care initiative that shares knowledge and encourages the need for frequent check-in with the people around us. Their programme, Check-In Champion (CIC) is a programme that aims to normalise the habit of check-in in our society starting from primary/secondary school.

⚪️ Role available:

1. Paid facilitators
- Conduct face-to-face check-in sessions with primary and secondary school students in schools, to listen with care as they share their feelings and any challenges they are facing
- IHL students who are trained listeners/peer helpers, regular community volunteers with background in psychology/ interpersonal communication/ social work
-Training will be provided by HAYWeCare (virtually via Zoom)
- Check-in sessions are conducted ad-hoc, so you can sign up for the dates you are available for as they are released(first come first serve basis!)
- You will be paid by the hour
