Job Title: Project Engineer –(Finishing and MEP )

MADAREK GROUP is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Iraq. The ideal candidate must have over 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on finishing works, Fit-Out and MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Oversight: Manage all construction phases, ensuring compliance with safety, budget, quality and schedule standards.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other project members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Finishing Works and Fit-Out: Supervise and inspect all Finishing activities such as Block work & plastering, Screeding, Insulation, Tiling and Marble, Glass partitions, Aluminum and Curtain Wall systems, Cladding and External Façades, Parquet, Flooring, Ceilings, Gypsum Walls, Painting, Wooden joinery, Decorative plastering & moldings, Wall Paneling, Wallpapering, Vinyl and epoxy flooring, Custom Furnishings and Fixtures.
• MEP Works: Manage MEP installations, ensuring they align with architectural and structural plans including, HVAC installations (ductwork, grills, diffusers…), Plumbing systems (fixtures, piping…), Electrical systems (wiring, light fixtures, and other installations...), and coordinating MEP works to meet safety standards and project timelines.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates, reports and resolve on-site challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a focus on finishing works, fit-out, and MEP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
