Project Manager
Specialized in EPCC Pipe Line Construction and Tie In with Minimum Experiences 3 Years .
Following are the Responsibilities :
Studies project conceptual, basic and detailed design, end user requirements, performance standards, then determines project specifications. Presents cost estimates and performance standards. Conducts tests assuring safe and satisfactory product performance.
Reviews contractor bids; interviews and assigns personnel to specific phases and elements of the project. Through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, oversees and coordinates the technical aspects of the project
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any accepted alternates or addendums with documents; as well as final requirement documentation to subcontractors and document controllers
Advises on mechanical and rotating equipment problems and activities regarding existing and proposed facilities and equipment. Participates as a member of special or ad hoc committees, to study various technical problems/facilities, such as HAZOP Study groups as necessary, amongst others, or as an individual contributor, provides expert technical advice as and when requested
To supervise the work of project management consultant’s specialists and ensures that quality and standards are maintained and cost effective solutions are adopted. Participate in review / audit of Contractor’s construction work. Timely witness the execution of Projects activities from zero level to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and handing over.
Supervision on all Construction & Commissioning activities such as CPF, FPF &Pipelines, Flow lines and well hook-up, Launcher& Receiver stations, metering skids, booster& export pumps, heating systems, separation systems Gas compressors, Tanks, in service pigging operations. Tie-in’s and Hot-tapping operations.
