Ever since the collapse of FTX, our team has been diligently focusing on building the project. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure the remaining funds required to fully develop the game. Despite these setbacks, we remain optimistic about the project's potential. The outlook for our project is promising, especially with the possibility of listing on FTX and receiving support from GameFi launchpad. However, we have yet to receive confirmation from GameFi and Linkpad regarding their support for our launch.
In light of the current situation, we have made some difficult decisions to adapt to the circumstances. The team size has been significantly reduced, but those of us remaining are working tirelessly with the limited resources at our disposal. To make the most of available funds, we have shifted our development operations to Vietnam, where costs are more manageable without compromising quality.
Additionally, we are actively exploring alternative avenues to secure the necessary resources for the project's success. One potential option is to sell equity or a certain percentage of project ownership to attract better partners who can provide the support we need. We are also trying to obtain/sell the locked funds in our corporate FTX account as well.
While these challenges have tested our resilience, we remain committed to delivering a remarkable project. We appreciate your unwavering support and understanding during this difficult period. Hi @twilightmaster yes it has! The cliff and vesting begin after our game launch as discussed based on bringing in Open Loot / Big Time Studios as our lead investor this round.
Here are some of our updates for this.
Main Updates
1) Reign of Terror: Hacker Assault -> is already finished, audited and available on testnet. We are aiming to launch it in December with a marketing push we're setting up right now. We believe this may be of interest to your community as well, and we are also going to be onboarding many players for this.
2) Reign of Terror: Uprising -> main technical foundation is finished, and we're testing out some of the combat and other economic systems, aiming to get out an investor build out on November 17th. We will be working on finishing up the round with this as well as launching a version of Uprising in December that will use our NFTs and token.
3) As Open Loot / Big Time are our lead investors in this round, and that they recently launched $BIGTIME, we will also be working with them more closely regarding our in-game economics for our games to help ensure we have a successful launch in December.

I wanted to share some important updates regarding our operations and future plans.
Transition in Roles:
I will be transitioning away from the day-to-day operations of the company to focus more intently on fundraising efforts. This shift is aimed at strengthening our financial foundation and accelerating our growth.
New Production Manager:
To ensure a smooth transition and continued excellence in our production process, we have brought on board a new production manager. This individual comes with 20 years of experience in the game development industry here in the Philippines and is well-equipped to take on this crucial role.
Token Launch and Game Development:
We are on track to launch our token within 2024. However, I must inform you that the final game release will be delayed beyond this period. This is a strategic decision to allocate funding towards marketing and growth, especially during the anticipated bull market.
In the interim, we plan to release an Alpha build showcasing the core gameplay mechanics. Please note that the quality of this build will not be final. To elevate the game to its full potential, further funding will be necessary to assemble a robust development team.
Talent Acquisition:
We are currently seeking talented individuals from Eastern Europe to join our team. To ensure the security of our game files, it's imperative that this engagement is on-site.
Personal Journey and Focus Shift:
Over the past 18 months, I've undertaken multiple roles - CTO, Creative Director, Head of Marketing, and Product Manager. This was a necessary strategy to navigate through the bear market, manage fundraising challenges, and conserve our resources.
With the market showing signs of recovery, my focus will now be primarily on fundraising. This will enable us to hire a dedicated development team and a marketing/growth team to take our project to the next level.
