Israeli media reported that an IOF soldier was killed and 4 others were injured this morning after a drone launched from Lebanon exploded at a military site.

One of the wounded soldiers is in critical condition.

Earlier today, Israeli media reported a "tough incident" on the Lebanese border, with wounded soldiers transferred to a Haifa hospital.

McNeill-Wilson said Labour are engaging in an “incredibly dangerous” approach in not only denying genocide but attempting to “redefine the nature of what genocide is”.

He told The National: “The point that is becoming increasingly clear is that not only is this genocide denial, which in itself incredibly serious, this is genocide revisionism.

“This is more serious than even genocide denial because what they [the Labour Government] are attempting to do is redefine the nature of what genocide is, ignoring international law, ignoring statements by the UN, ignoring statements by the ICJ and international courts.

“This is incredibly dangerous in that not only is it a denial of genocide but it’s an attempt to rewrite what genocide is, where the British government is now potentially making the case that instances that have been clearly documented as genocide now no longer count as genocide under this, simply as a means of protecting Israel and their position on Israel.”

Article 2 Genocide, genocide means committing acts with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group.

These acts include killing members of a group, causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group, deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction, imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group or forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

McNeil-Willson said many of these acts have been conducted by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and, while Labour’s stance on Gaza has always been morally untenable in his view, it was now becoming politically untenable too.
He said: “It’s done as a political calculation from the Labour Government that the moral loss at the moment is less [important] than the political gain they will get from not accepting this.

“Where we need to get to is where it increasingly becomes politically untenable. There’s clearly signs that is becoming the case.

“We saw it in the election where Labour took a large hit from those who were angry at its stance towards Gaza, we saw that in the US election as well.”

He claimed Labour were regarding genocide denialism as being easier than accepting it is taking place, given this would lead to legal implications for the UK.

“What is of course part of that political calculation as well is that genocide denialism in this case is seen by the Government as better than having to deal with the implications of accepting the term genocide,” McNeil-Willson said.

“Once the UK accepts the term genocide, then the UK has legal implications within that process. Not only does the UK have to challenge it but it has to accept its role in the creation or perpetuation of the genocide, which the UK does not legally want to do.”
Israel’s war in Gaza has killed more than 43,000 people, Palestinian health officials have said.

The Foreign Office has been approached for comment.

With reports of unusual activity from the Zionist occupation forces in unlawfully annexed Golan territories the Russians are (contrary to probable Zionist generated misinformation) increasing their military presence along the border between Syria and the Israeli occupiers.

The Russian army has increased its presence in the Syrian Golan Heights, near the border between Syria and Israel, Syria’s official SANA news agency reported on Monday evening.

According to the report, Russia has advanced two additional positions, in addition to seven posts that already exist in the area.

General Alexander Rodionov, deputy commander of the Russian forces in Syria, said that the Russian forces in Syria "have not withdrawn from any position in the region but have increased their presence along various positions" since 2015 at the request of the regime in Damascus.

A Syrian army commander, whose identity was not disclosed in the article, told the news agency that the Russian presence "increases stability and security."

Tel Aviv, after and before missile strikes by Hezbollah.

Did the Zionist perpetrators of massacres and genocide truly believe they could commit such horrors and walk away unscathed?

FBI agents suddenly showed up at my home recently. They asked me about a person whose name I didn't recognize. I asked to have a family member present and ascertained from the agents that one of their offices had asked them to check in with certain people in regard to something to do with Press TV.

This is an Iranian outlet that has interviewed me on various occasions over the years. (During my 20+ years writing and speaking about Palestine, I have taken as many opportunities as humanly possible to get the facts out via any traditional and alternative, domestic and international media outlets available. I don't attempt to vet media outlets and try to reach as many audiences in the U.S. and around the world as I can with the facts about Palestine.)

I have since found out that other individuals who have a history of working for a just peace for Palestinians and Israelis have also been visited by the FBI. I understand the agency has been weaponized in the past to try to silence groups and people that some members of government oppose.

It would appear someone is now trying to set the stage to silence dissent on Israel-Palestine in the United States by trumping up "connections with Iran."

📌Netanyahu Ignores Generals’ Plea for Exit and Sets His Eyes on Syria

In “Israel” the debate over the success of military operations is intensifying, prominent Israeli media commentators are discussing the urgent need to end the war in Lebanon. Yedioth Ahronoth reported how the majority of senior Israeli generals support halting the Lebanese war to redirect efforts towards Gaza and securing the release of Israeli hostages.

Security sources highlighted Hezbollah’s capacity to launch a relentless barrage of rockets capable of forcing millions of Israelis into shelters daily- a scenario that saps Israeli morale and reduces the occupation’s bargaining power in any negotiations. Hezbollah’s intensifying missile and drone strikes have deepened fears in cities like Haifa. Israeli media outlets report that Hezbollah’s warnings—that what applies to Kiryat Shmona will also apply to Haifa—are being realized. Walla News emphasized the escalating pace of these attacks, leaving Haifa’s population bracing for worse.

The WSJ echoed these concerns, quoting Israeli security officials who fear a prolonged war of attrition if military operations in Lebanon widen. Former Military Intelligence Chief Amos Yadlin warned that delaying a ceasefire could allow Hezbollah to rebuild its capabilities and reject future agreements. Similarly, retired Operations Division Chief Israel Ziv admitted that Israel’s negotiating terms are weakening, noting, “What we could achieve yesterday, we cannot secure today or tomorrow.”

Meanwhile, Yoav Zitun, in an article for Ynet, highlighted military leaders’ surprise at US media reports suggesting the Israeli government might extend the conflict for another two months to provide Donald Trump with a “gift” of a ceasefire in the north upon his return to the White House. Zitun warned this would mean enduring two months of grueling winter conditions in Lebanon—an unplanned and potentially unsustainable scenario for an already overstretched army after 14 months of multi-front warfare. He questioned if Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi can publicly acknowledge that the army clock counting the dead and wounded is still in alignment with the slow-moving political clock and the wild ambitions of a never-ending war.

Israeli politicians appear dismissive of these mounting calls. Channel 12 reported that Israel has informed the US of its firm stance against compromising its “freedom of military action” in Lebanon. Far from de-escalation, the Prime Minister and Defense Minister have agreed to intensify military pressure on Lebanon. A senior source revealed that Israel is preparing for a broader strategic escalation, including plans to expand ground maneuvers deeper into Lebanese territory and potentially bring Syria into war. This could involve widening the scope of targets in Syria and launching ground operations along the Syria-Lebanon border.

Dr. Mohammad Abu Rukba, once a revered professor at Al-Azhar University, guided countless students through their PhDs and master’s research. He even had an office on one of Gaza’s most prestigious streets.

A few days ago, he shared this photo with a short explanation, though the sorrow in his eyes tells much more.

He explained that his only source of income now is selling bread, not as a baker, but by standing in long lines with his children to buy bread for $1, then reselling it for $1.50.

He repeats this process multiple times each day just to make ends meet.

* The situation we find ourselves in is beyond catastrophe.
We, the people of Gaza, once proud bearers of dignity, of education, of knowledge and culture.
But in the blink of an eye, war stripped away everything we had, everything we built, everything we were.
A year has passed, and yet we are still trying to understand how it all disappeared, how life could change so swiftly, so completely.

🇱🇧/🇮🇷/🇺🇸 - During the recent meeting between Ayatollah Khamenei's senior advisor Ali Larijani and Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati, Larijani offered that Iran send all the winter supplies the displaced people need via Beirut airport and asked Mikati to allow the Iranian plane carrying the aid to land at Beirut airport and be inspected by Lebanon...

Mikati rejected the Iranian offer for fear of America's reaction.

Larijani suggested that Iran send this aid by sea, but Mikati also refused.

Larijani suggested that Iran send the money needed to meet these needs, but Mikati also rejected this proposal under the pretext of Western sanctions on Iran.

In order not to embarrass Mikati, Larijani offered to send Iranian aid via Turkey and on Turkish planes.

Mikati also rejected this proposal. Mikati therefore preferred not to receive the aid coming from Iran to the displaced people so as not to anger America.
