🇺🇦 Zelensky will present Ukraine's war plan to the Verkhovna Rada tomorrow, according to media reports citing sources.
The document is titled "Internal Resilience Plan." It is meant to complement the "Victory Plan," which outlines the steps expected from Ukraine's Western partners.
In particular, according to the media, Zelensky will announce a focus on:
- Changing approaches to mobilization and recruitment;
- Creating a Ministry for the Unification of Ukrainians;
- Developing and increasing the production of new weapons;
- Protecting energy infrastructure;
- Attracting domestic and foreign investments;
- Changing the rules for civilian firearms circulation;
- Creating conditions for the integration of military personnel into social life.

🇷🇺⚔️ 🇺🇦 Earlier today, Odessa was struck by a missile attack, during which one of the intercepted missiles fell into the courtyard of a residential building, killing around 10 people.
At the strike site, a fragment of an MIM-104F guided surface-to-air missile from the Patriot PAC-3 air defense system—the most advanced version of this system designed to intercept ballistic missiles—was caught on camera [00:21].
It remains unclear what exactly caused the casualties—the falling debris from the intercepted missile or the Patriot missile itself. However, it is now confirmed that one of the most advanced versions of the Patriot system has been deployed around Odessa.

🇮🇱⚔️ 🇦🇿 A summary of Hezbollah operations for 11/14/2024. Today, Hezbollah claimed 32 military operations against the Zionist entity.
The Zionists made some advances in the West. A concentration of IOF troops was targeted near Tyre Harfa, the farthest north they've yet been seen. According to reports, Zionist forces advanced to the northwest towards the direction of a town called Charmma until they were stopped by Hezbollah rocket fire. This is only about 5km away from the border, but indicates the IOF has moved into the second phase of their ground attack.
Fighting continues on the southern outskirts of the town of Khaim, where the IOF was targeted by an infantry barrage. It seems that in this area, their advances have been stopped entirely, as there has been fighting in this town since the very beginning. The IOF pounded the area with air strikes and artillery, but it has yet to dislodge the stubborn Hezbollah resistance.
Speaking of which, Hezbollah still holds the town of Bint Jbeil despite IOF advances near it's northern twin Aynata after both cities were hit with airstrikes. In retaliation, IOF forces were struck at their staging points in Maroun el-Ras, just southeast of the town, and there were causalities.
Tel Aviv was targeted again, this time the "Tel Haim" base, in the same neighborhood of the city. It was targeted by what Hezbollah calls "high-end missiles", which is probably a euphemism for ballistics. It is unclear if there was any damage.
Likewise, the Stella Maris Naval base in Haifa was targeted with both drones and rockets. The rockets were mostly intercepted, with several hitting open areas.
All in all, a busy and productive day for the resistance!

The Islamic Resistance Operations Room affirmed, in the statement, the following:

The Islamic Resistance fighters continue to confront the “Israeli” aggression on Lebanon, inflicting severe losses on the enemy’s army in personnel and equipment, including officers and soldiers, across the frontlines and into the depth of occupied Palestine, according to the statement which highlighted every section of this confrontation, as follows:
Ground Engagements:
• Western Sector:
– Due to intensive and concentrated strikes by the Resistance, the “Israeli” army has withdrawn from most towns it had advanced into, retreating behind the border, except for the continued presence of Division 146 units in the forests of Al-Labbuneh and east of Al-Naqoura, where they attempt to advance toward Wadi Hamoul from the eastern side of the town. No infiltration attempts have been recorded in the border towns of the western sector since October 28, 2024. The enemy conducts repeated sweeps from border positions, targeting areas it has withdrawn from with artillery fire and airstrikes on secondary line towns, including Tyr Harfa, Al-Batishiyah, Al-Jibein, Shihine, and Sidiqeen,etc…
– In Maroun Al-Ras area, our fighters carried out more than 24 operations using missiles and attack drones against “Israeli” army positions and gatherings of forces and equipment advancing into Lebanese territory. Additionally, 26 missile and artillery strikes targeted settlements, including Avivim, Dovev, Sa’sa, Bar’am, Yir’on, Dishon, Malkiya, and Bar Yohai. These settlements house air defense and missile bases, command centers for participating battalions, weapons depots, and vehicle assembly areas under the command of Division 36 in the “Israeli” army.
– When an “Israeli” force attempted to infiltrate from the town of Yaroun toward western Maroun Al-Ras, our fighters ambushed and engaged the infiltrating force with machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades, inflicting casualties among the enemy.

Today was a huge day for the Gaza resistance. No fewer than 12 military operations were carried out throughout the enclave, with dozens of causalities between them. Several of them are not mapped because they targeted unnamed settlements, making it impossible.
In the Ard Sulieman area of Jabalia, an IED was detonated on a group of 10 Zionist soldiers inside a house, causing confirmed causalities among them. There were several other ambushes in Jabalia today, one sniping attack and RPG attacks on enemy fortifications, a military bulldozer and a Merkava tank. After destroying the Merkava with tandem RPG shells, an Al-Qassam fighter mounted the tank and captured it's heavy machine gun as a trophy.
Near the Oli Al-Azm mosque in Beit Lahia, a group of 7 Zionist soldiers were ambushed by Al-Qassam fighters with RPGs and small arms. The group was finished off and destroyed at close range with hand grenades. The IOF has admitted to causalities among them.
In Gaza City, a D9 bulldozer and it's Merkava escort were attacked with an IED and RPG, damaging both of them.
In the north, the usual shelling of settlements was carried out, along with attacks on Zionist troop concentrations near the border. Fighting seems to be particularly fierce in the area of Manara and Margaliot and the surrounding outskirts. The settlements and the military bases around them were targeted a total of six times today with rocket and drone salvos, all of them on the Palestinian side of the border.
The Yemeni armed forces also launched several attacks on the USS Abraham Lincoln and it's escorts, engaging them in battle for hours in order to deplete their ammo and attrite the battlegroup. Although nothing was hit, the cost of Yemeni weapons vis a vis the exorbitant costs of US Navy interceptors means they will win this exchange in the long run. One carrier battle group has already been exhausted, and the Yemeni armed forces show no signs of letting up any time soon.
All in all, a busy and productive day for the resistance!

A lone rocket was seen rising into the skies near Shahroud, Iran. Thanks to Zionist missile strikes, we know that this is an Iranian launch pad and missile testing zone.
Unconfirmed reports say that this could be an Iranian Khorramshahr-4 (aka Kheibar) ICBM. This is the newest and most advanced of the Iranian rockets, first unveiled in May 2023. It is a hypersonic rocket capable of hitting Mach 16 outside of the atmosphere and has a range of 2000km. According to Iranian sources, the missile is capable of maneuvering in flight, making it nearly impossible to intercept. It is the first Iranian design to use Hypergolic (self-igniting) fuel, which allows it to have a smaller fuel tank while carrying a larger payload of up to 1500kg (3300lbs). This fuel is also considerably more stable and does not degrade like typical rocket fuel, meaning the missiles can be stored fueled up and ready to fire for a period of years. This reduces the launch time to a scant 12 minutes, making them perfect for surprise attacks.
None of the rockets in this series have been used in combat yet, the attacks on October 1st were carried out mostly using the old and much less sophisticated Shahab-3, a modernized variant of the ancient Soviet Scud, alongside a handful of Iran's older hypersonics.
This test could presage the first usage of this missile in Iran's upcoming retaliation against the Zionist entity, where it will face off against the vaunted american THAAD system. Both sides are keeping as many secrets as they can, but time will tell if this Iranian missile lives up to the hype. Given as THAAD system has thus far failed to intercept the far less sophisticated rockets fired by Hezbollah, we should expect to see first hand evidence of Kheibar's performance very soon.
