Vagabond Community FAQ: VAGA Token Transition to SYNNQ

1. What is happening to VagaChain and VAGA tokens?
VagaChain will be phased out as we transition to the SYNNQ network. VAGA tokens will be minted on SYNNQ and recognized as Vagabond utility tokens. All VAGA holders will receive an equivalent amount of VAGA tokens on SYNNQ before VagaChain is shut down. Once the transition is complete, VAGA tokens on VagaChain will no longer exist.

2. What about VagaSwap and its promised token pairings?
VagaSwap and its associated token pairings will not be implemented as originally planned. Instead, we’re focusing on transitioning the VAGA token to SYNNQ to leverage its advanced network and intelligence capabilities.

3. What is the role of SYQ tokens?
SYQ is the native token of the SYNNQ network, functioning similarly to how ETH operates on Ethereum. It facilitates network operations and rewards contributions, such as training AI models via the SYNNQ trainer app. VAGA, however, serves as a utility token specific to Vagabond, operating as a Layer One on SYNNQ.

4. Will VAGA and SYQ have a 1:1 supply ratio?
No, VAGA and SYQ will not have a 1:1 supply ratio. Each token has distinct purposes within the ecosystem, and their supplies are managed and distributed independently.

5. How can I earn SYQ tokens?
SYQ tokens can be earned by contributing to the SYNNQ network. This includes providing hardware resources to run the SYNNQ trainer app, which generates dummy transactions to help train the neural network. You can also purchase SYQ on DEX/CEX platforms once available. Additional earning opportunities may be introduced later.

6. Will there be a SYQ airdrop?
No, there will be no SYQ airdrop, and holding VAGA coins will not contribute to any SYQ allocation. SYQ tokens will be distributed exclusively through contributions to the SYNNQ network or through open market purchases.

7. When will VAGA tokens launch on the SYNNQ network?
The launch date for VAGA tokens on SYNNQ depends on SYNNQ’s Mainnet readiness. December 5th is the current target, but if the Mainnet isn’t live by then, the launch will be postponed.

8. What will happen to VGO and VGB tokens?
You can continue trading VGO on PancakeSwap and VGB on XRPL DEX as usual. However, these tokens will not have a direct role in the new SYNNQ ecosystem.

9. Will there be a new wallet for SYNNQ?
Yes, a new wallet will be introduced for managing VAGA and SYQ tokens on SYNNQ. Detailed guides and announcements will be provided to help with the transition and setup.

10. What happens if SYNNQ Mainnet doesn’t meet the December 5th deadline?
If SYNNQ’s Mainnet isn’t ready by December 5th, the transition and VAGA token launch will be rescheduled. Ensuring a secure and stable environment for the tokens remains our top priority, and we’ll keep the community updated as progress unfolds.

11. How does this transition benefit the community?
Transitioning to SYNNQ offers a more scalable and advanced network, enhancing VAGA’s long-term utility. The decentralized AI and neural network capabilities within SYNNQ also open up unique opportunities for contributors and users.

Dear Community,

Over the past week, we've immersed ourselves in extensive research, coding, and writing. Through this process, we've realized that the scope of this project exceeds what we can manage on our own. Committing all our resources to this project would mean diverting our focus entirely from Vagabond, which is not feasible.

Therefore, we've decided to spin off this project into its own entity, complete with a new name and management team.

VagaSync will be rebranded as SYNNQ, and it will operate as a newly founded startup with the goal of becoming a fully Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). We are currently in discussions with leading figures in the blockchain industry, as well as significant names from other sectors, to join us on this journey. SYNNQ will navigate the typical startup path, including building its identity, securing funding, development, team building, and more.

What role will Vagabond play in this? Initially, the project will be managed by some members of the Vagabond team. Over time, the management will transition to a DAO, which we will create and a stakeholders will define.

Why SYNNQ? As mentioned, the project's scale is too vast for us to handle alone. Additionally, there are conflicts of interest, and Vagabond lacks the necessary resources (both manpower and budget).

What's next? We'll be launching the landing page next week, where we will detail every aspect of this project to the world and beyond.
