A 92 year Pandit Ravishankar at his last performance. Don't shut out feelings, be human

More often than not in life, we keep our guards up against anything external. We believe if we shut out any feeling, we also shut out negativity and the pain and we will be all right. But the point is if you are insulating yourself from all the feelings that includes depriving yourself of good feelings too. And Shutting out the good feelings makes you lonely.

It is good to be stoic about our fears of the future and be in the moment, live the present and just embrace the present. But without an expectation from tomorrow, a hope for a better day, is it not difficult to go through the present. What would drive you to grind today if you never thought about the future?

In this era of hustlers, be a thinker or rather be a thinker with a heart with a throbbing sense of feelings, because we are humans and that's what we were always meant to be.
