Is the regional architecture in the Indo-Pacific, especially the Quad, doing enough to make China rethink its aggressive and expansionist policies? Derek Grossman of the RAND Corporation says that Quad is a fundamental block of the Indo-Pacific and that it will grow in momentum under the incoming Trump presidency.
