To expedite the process of cancelling your subscription, please follow the instructions below.


UNN Subscribers:
Please use the link below and follow the instructions based on how you subscribed to UNN.

UN PLUS Subscribers:
Please follow the instructions below to properly process your cancelation and prevent further charges to your account.

If you have a grandfathered account and received a free subscription to UNN, we will cancel your UNN account for you upon cancelation of your UN PLUS account.

1. Please log in to your account here: https://unitednet.plus/billing/index.php?rp=/login.

2. Once inside your account, click "Your Active Products/Services."

3. The next screen is the "Product Details" page. Please click the “Request Cancellation” button on the left-hand column on that page.

4. You can choose to have your service terminated immediately or at the end of your billing cycle. You will see a message that will confirm your cancelation request.


REFUNDS for UNN Subscriptions:

You qualify for a refund if you cancel your subscription within the first ten days of an annual subscription or the first five days of a monthly subscription.

Your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, so you won't be able to re-subscribe immediately and use the promo code.

You can only re-subscribe AFTER your billing cycle ends. You can use the promo code at that time.


MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS:

You can take advantage of this promo by switching your account to a yearly subscription. Please follow the instructions from the link below.
