I dah join nofap untuk 3 bulan, steered off from pr0n, i jugak dah pergi mcm² therapist. Dah try macam² cara. What's work for me ialah mathurat kubra pagi petang, i hope it works for you as well. Minggu pertama mmg rasa macam susah tapi u kena strong dan tekad untuk berubah. All of u punya kekuatan untuk melawan benda ni ialah semua drpd Allah, jadi make supplement alot. Kalau you betul betul menyesal dan betul ikhlas ingin berubah , Allah akan buka jalan untuk u.

Btw i was a porn addict since 8 years old , so this was a big achievement for me and I want to keep going until forever. Also think of long term whenever you are h, take a deep breath. Pause for a moment. Calm your mind , think forward use your human instinct not your animal instinct.

I never struggle with any of these so I dont really understand how you guys feel. must be very hard and I really admire how you guys are willing to try and improve yourself, I'm praying the best for all of you.

Hi guys i need help, im on a diet right now and also at the same time im trying to save money. So i decided to do OMAD (suku suku separuh) + intermitten fasting (i decided nak makan pukul 3 and stop makan pukul 8) , tapi sometimes because of my schedule i takle ikut sangat my IF hour. Sometimes keadaan tak mengizinkan i terpaksa makan my first meal pukul 10 or 11 macam tu, then i would felt very hungry during the night i nak makan something yg boleh macam lapik perut i like roti, biskut, small shawarma semua tu. Tapi yk these kind of food is not really an ideal meal for diet. Nak makan oat i tak lalu pulak, sometimes kalau makan pon tak kenyang pon, Im asking you guys for help untuk suggest any food yg murah and suutable for diet just in case i got very hungry at night. Thank you in advance

easy solution is to just take a rest day whenever u cant do IF … dont force it, your diet should accommodate you not the other way around. tht said protein bars are filling . a bit on the expensive side but buy those in packs of dozen /half dozen so it’s worth it. banyak choices of flavour so u can find one yg you suka. jangan la makan setiap hari just for the days u cant get a meal in … can opt for muesli/granola bars too but theyre usually high in sugar so you’ll need to find one tht isnt jam packed full of it. another solution is to extend your eating period ? i use 16/8 method, eating hours from 10am to 5pm
