Weak consumer sentiments coupled with persistent rains through the qtr & floods in some parts impacted consumption
Revenue affected by price cuts taken last yr, shift in mix and increased rebates
Impact of price increases implemented during Q2 expected to flow through in the 2nd half of yr
ASIAN PAINTS: CO HAS DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND OF RUPEES 4.25 PER SHARE

Results are weak for this quarter, only positive commentary from the management is coming quarter will be strong and there will be recovery in the demand.

As per technical levels stock is trading near 4 years support, every time stock gives quick recovery from these levels. Rest needs to see the opening price on Monday.
For future we are stuck from 3000-3200 levels. In cash it’s opportunity to add and hold for 2-3 years. It’s a portfolio pick and one of the favorite pick of mutual funds as well.
