一个色图频道发起了一个官方提供的 Premium 会员抽奖，结果吸引来了大量来源不明的 DC2 用户前来关注，然后在开奖后一哄而散集体取消订阅，最后也不知道奖品到底到了谁那里。
如果是一个大频道，这个人员波动可能还那么显著，但这个频道却实实在在经历了从六百多到两千再跌回六百多的巨大落差。
建议在官方提供更好的方式之前，频道主们慎重考虑使用该功能发奖。

Pavel Durov Promises to Improve Telegram Moderation
Pavel Durov testified before French judicial authorities and promised to improve content moderation.
Key points:
• Pavel Durov stated that “Telegram was not created for criminals” and promised that it would commit to improving its moderation procedures.
• Each month, the platform removes 15-20 million accounts and up to two million channels or groups for violations.
• In the first 6 months of 2024, Telegram disclosed data of more than 10,000 users.
The court noted that prior to Durov’s arrest, criminal use of Telegram was increasing. According to French gendarmerie, in the first 5 months of 2024, 535 criminal cases related to illegal activities on Telegram were opened in France. For comparison, there were 808 such cases throughout all of 2023.
The judges paid special attention to Telegram’s "People Nearby" feature, which was disabled after Durov’s arrest. This feature was suspected of facilitating illegal activities through geolocation, such as drug trafficking or pimping.
“In most countries, this function is used for good purposes, not for illegal ones,” Durov emphasized.
In December 2024, the messenger announced its first annual profit. However, Durov told investigators that the platform has a $2 billion debt.

从用户的 profile 里面点 send a gift，已经不只可以赠送大会员了。还可以用 star（价格可见之前的推文）给别人刷火箭、钻戒之类的，甚至数量还是限定的。
接收方可以把礼物展示在 profile 中（如图 3），也可以选择把礼物转换成 star 提现，杜叔叔会抽 15%。
