Crude oil might be heading to usd120 a barrel again in 2025, and what can this translate to petrochemical company?

Background
Middle east war not taming down, but looking set to spread wider, putting oil contract to swing higher due to
1. Potential disruption in crude supply, shipping route, or embargo
2. Opec to cut crude production
3. Warring oil production country need to finance war with higher oil sale price

How can this benefit petrochemical industry going forward.
- petrochemical inventory in china already shrinking in inventory after massive price dump sale
- need to restock inventory and ready for next production push as US fed cut interest rate
- restocking inventory when crude 70 and selling petrochemical goods when crude is 100+ (estimated opinion on war effect) will give petrochemical company massive profit in margin differential (just like what happen during post covid, buy crude inventory at 10 20 30, and sell at 80 90 100 110)
