As we are remaining with less than a month for CSE-Prelims 2024, the hosts will be occupied. Also, we need to maintain a stable meet with members taking 100% responsibility of their own setups.

In this regard
- New enteries will be taken after Prelims 2024 (16/06/2024).
- Set ups which do not align with the regulations will be barred till prelims.
This is to save the time of the hosts and the fellow members.

This initiative is free of cost. It is based on values, transparency and regulations.

Do not pay anything to anyone in the name of this platform.

As the new members are joining the meet it is to be mentioned that prelims are near and the hosts are preparing as well. There will be NO COMPROMISE/EXCEPTIONS on any of the regulations.

- If you join with your phone, just keep autorotation ON. This aligns your set-up with others irrespective of your phone angle.

- If you have to turn the cam off even for 1 minute MENTION THAT.

- DONT KEEP YOUR BACKGROUND BLUR.

- Enter with your camera ON. Not to randomly check and then sit there with a cam off.

- Basic common sense is expected from members. Not to create disturbances on the screen by walking or other ways. You are visible on the other side so please provide what you are getting in the name of reciprocity.

Rest all the basic rules are Mentioned with clarity here and are confirmed in the inbox as well still if you are COMPROMISING them, the host is bound to REMOVE YOU FROM THE MEET and eventually after a few repeated actions FROM THE PERMANENT LIST AS WELL.
Hosts will not engage in personal clarifications so please make sure with the regulations. 👍👍

Putting up regulations and these are not just regulations but rather deciders for you to continue in the meet. Kindly support the very purpose through your sincerity.

1. Keeping the camera on and staying visible with your face is mandatory in the meet.

2. If you are taking a short break, DO MENTION THE ESTIMATE TIME in the meet chat ( MAXIMUM 10 min). Be back at that time and turn the camera on. For longer breaks, you can take an exit and rejoin later.

DO NOT KEEP THE CAMERA OFF WITHOUT MENTION at any time.

3. Join with your real names in the meet.

4. DONT USE BACKGROUND BLUR or EFFECTS. As you move while studying it keeps getting readjusted and disturbs the whole screen setup.
5. Keep the mic off before entering the meet to safeguard your privacy.

These regulations are created to ensure maximum productivity and transparency. Failing them, the HOST is to remove the participant from the meet.

This is a Virtual/Digital Library initiative started by senior UPSC aspirants during the challenging pandemic times.

The idea is to have a 24*7 virtual space where you can freely hold your sittings with fellow ONLY UPSC aspirants.

There are NO group discussions, open mic discussions or targets considering that every candidate is at a different stage of preparation, and have a different pace.
When there is a lot of Noise around, this space is a silent space where what you will see is just the flames of aspirations.

It's a free-of-cost initiative however the only thing we expect out of you all are higher values of accountability, integrity and rule-abiding spirit.
Hence, there is strictly NO compromise on the regulations, NO exceptions - be WHATEVER.
