☑️ correct answer is De winter T wave pattern: upsloping ST depression with peaked T wave in precordial Leads

🔺it has been mentioned in books that all upsloping ST depression are non significant with exception of De winter T wave

🔺The de Winter pattern is seen in ~2% of acute LAD occlusions and is often under-recognised by clinicians

🔺 Due to difficulty in diagnosis, somtime leads delay in diagnosis and appropriate treatment!!
