Representative Lisa Shepard has filed HB 158, a crucial bill that ensures international organizations like the United Nations (UN) and the World Health Organization (WHO) have NO legal authority in Utah.

💡 What HB 158 Does:
✅ Prevents international organizations from imposing rules, taxes, or policies on Utah
✅ Prohibits Utah and local governments from enforcing international mandates
✅ Blocks the governor from declaring a state of emergency based on an international organization’s decree—only Utah leaders should make decisions for Utah!

📢 Why This Matters:
The WHO pushed policies during COVID-19 that were not backed by sound evidence. We must ensure that outside entities never have the power to dictate Utah’s laws, emergencies, or public policies again!
