“BRAUNI”😍

Masalliqlar:
✅ shokolad 200 gr
✅ sariyog'/margarin 300 gr
✅ tuxum 4 ta
✅ shakar 300 gr
✅ un 160 gr
✅ kakao 30 gr
✅ tuz 1 chimdim
✅ olcha 400 gr

Tayyorlanishi:
Shokolad bilan sariyog'ni mikroto'lqinli pechda eritib olamiz. Alohida idishda tuxum va shakarni venchikda aralashtiramiz. Shokoladli massamizni qo'shib, aralashtiramiz. Un va kakaoni solamiz, aralashtiramiz. Olchani solib aralashtiramiz. Qolipimizga pergament qog'oz qo'yib, massamizni solamiz. Tekislaymiz. Qizdirilgan duxovkaga 170C ga 40 daqiqaga yuboramiz. Muzqaymoq bilan tortamiz.

Tayyorlanishi:
Barcha masalliqlar kubik to’g’raladi. Ketma ketlikda qovuriladi. Pastroq olovda dimlanadi.
Ustida yog’ paydo bolganda tayyor bo’ladi.

180C ga 30-40 minutga yuboriladi.
Tayyorligini zubachistkada tegshirila!
