When you’re 25, 27, or 30, life will hit you hard.

You’ll finally understand the saying, “Money doesn’t grow on trees.” You’ll work, pay for the house and bills, then work again—on repeat.

There will be nights when you count the few hours of sleep you can afford. You’ll wake up to work for money, searching for side hustles to earn even more.

The reality is, as you grow older, the burden you carry becomes heavier.

At 25, 27, or 30, you’ll realize you’re no longer chasing just your own dreams. You’re striving to give your loved ones the best life has to offer.

Good morning and have a restful Sunday everyone!

Do not move on to 2025 without letting go of something bad from 2024 - an old idea, bad habit, fear, concern of ego. Let go in order to free up the space for something new and extraordinary to enter.

Here's what I learned this year and what I am doing:

1. Love and respect yourself and know you deserve all the good, you only live once, no need to waste your time on overthinking, anxiety or whatsoever. EVERY PROBLEM HAS A SOLUTION. If not, the solution will come later on by itself.

2. Take care of your mindset and your body

3. Always say thanks, DON'T waste your time on nonesense stuffs(reels, tiktok, stupid friends etc...)
Disappear and cut social media as much as you can.

4. Keep learning, hit the gym

5. Learn to control your emotions

6. Learn to work hard and put time on your work or study, trust your work.

7. Do not let yourself bored, ALWAYS keep yourself busy, you won't be sad or depressed if you are always busy.

8. Learn to cut your bored, bad, silly, stupid friends (even if you have history with them).

9. Stop chasing a relationship, put YOURSELF first, work on yourself, then love will come to you.

10. Don't talk too much if its not necessary, keep yourself silent, show your work instead.

11. Do not forgive: betrayal, disrespect, if they didnt tell you to come to their party, do not go and CUT THEM forever.

12. Love your parents, always give them money, take care of them, always forgive them no matter what they did, FAMILY FIRST.

13. Invest in yourself and in your money, Dream BIG.

14. Keep repeating all the things that I wrote above.

Happy New Year Everyone!
I wish you all a fantastic new year filled with joy, happiness and prosperity! 🎄🚀🥳

The largest heart in the animal kingdom belongs to the blue whale.

A blue whale heart can be 5ft tall (1.5m), weigh over 400 pounds (200kg), and have tubes as large as the tubes in a jungle gym for small children!

Compared to the average human heart rate of 60-100 beats per minute, the heart rate of a blue whale can range from 2-10 bpm when submerged to 25 – 37 bpm at the surface. The heart rate of a blue whale is also surprisingly “elastic”; it is notably slower during deep dives. A lower heart rate helps the whale to preserve the oxygen levels in their blood and keep their vital organs functioning.

Tonight, the Northern Taurid meteor shower will reach its peak activity. It occurs when Earth passes through the debris of comet 2P/Encke.
Taurids are rich in fireballs and can be best seen around midnight when their radiant is well up.

The Northern Taurids originate from debris left by Comet Encke. As Earth passes through this debris, particles enter our atmosphere, burning up and creating visible meteors. This shower is renowned for producing bright fireballs— exceptionally luminous meteors that can outshine Venus.

The best time to observe the Northern Taurids is around midnight, when the constellation Taurus, the shower's radiant point, is high in the sky.

To enhance your chances of spotting meteors, consider observing on nights before the peak when the moon is less illuminated. Choose a dark area away from city lights to minimize light pollution. Allow your eyes 20-30 minutes to adjust to the darkness, and avoid using electronic devices during this period.

This is exactly what Neanderthals looked like.

These species inhabited Europe and Asia from about 400,000 to 40,000 years ago. These hunters were characterized by their robust builds, prominent foreheads, and pronounced brow ridges. Not only did they develop stone tools and master the use of fire, but they also constructed primitive shelters and used mineral pigments in their objects, indicating an advanced sense of aesthetics and culture.

It has been proven that a percentage of Neanderthal DNA still exists in modern humans, suggesting interbreeding between species, which enriches our understanding of human evolution. Furthermore, recent discoveries indicate that Neanderthals possessed linguistic and artistic abilities, demonstrating a cultural complexity greater than previously estimated. These findings affirm their legacy in our evolutionary history and bring us closer to a better understanding of their lives and environment.

🧠⚡️Walk this way to a better brain!

Sometimes we overcomplicate things when it comes to improving brain health. This study showed that walking for 40 min three times a week increased the size of the hippocampus and improved memory in healthy older adults. It increased hippocampal volume by 2%, which corresponds to reversing the age-related loss in hippocampal volume that occurs over 1 to 2 years.

Seasons on Earth occur due to the planet’s axial tilt as it orbits the Sun. Earth’s axis is tilted at an angle of approximately 23.5 degrees relative to its orbit around the Sun. This tilt means that different parts of the Earth receive varying amounts of sunlight throughout the year. When the Northern Hemisphere is tilted toward the Sun, it experiences more direct sunlight, leading to warmer temperatures and summer. Conversely, during this time, the Southern Hemisphere receives less direct sunlight, resulting in cooler temperatures and winter. Six months later, the situation reverses, with the Southern Hemisphere tilted toward the Sun and experiencing summer, while the Northern Hemisphere undergoes winter. This axial tilt, combined with Earth’s elliptical orbit, creates the cyclical changes in temperature and daylight that define our seasons.

Law Of Inertia or Newton’s First Law, also known as the Law of Inertia, states that an object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an external force. In other words, objects tend to keep doing what they’re already doing—whether that’s staying still or moving—unless something else causes them to change their state. This concept is foundational in understanding motion and forces in physics.

The first photograph in history was taken in 1838 AD in Paris.

This photo is the first photo in which a person appears in front of the camera, and it is also the first photo of the city of Paris.

The camera needed about 10 minutes to collect the light and the scene. The street was full of people, but they were moving during the shooting, so only one person appeared in the photo who stopped for a few minutes to polish his shoes. History immortalized him, he and another person working in cleaning shoes.

Black Hole:A region in space where the gravitational pull is so strong that nothing, not even light, can escape. The event horizon is the boundary around the black hole beyond which nothing can escape. The label "Event horizon (nothing out)" indicates that beyond this boundary, matter and light are trapped.

White Hole:A hypothetical region that is the opposite of a black hole. Instead of pulling matter in, it repels matter, allowing nothing to enter from the outside. The label "Event horizon (nothing in)" shows the boundary where nothing can enter the white hole.

Singularity:The point at the center of a black hole where matter is thought to be infinitely dense. In this diagram, the singularity appears to connect the black hole and white hole.

This CT scan provides a striking and somewhat eerie glimpse into the intricate microvascular system of a pigeon's head, brought into sharp relief by the use of a special 'contrast agent'. This substance is injected or ingested and selectively absorbs X-rays, allowing for the detailed visualization of tiny blood vessels that might otherwise be indistinguishable from surrounding tissues. The resulting image not only showcases the complexity of the avian circulatory system but also demonstrates the potential of advanced imaging technologies in enhancing our understanding of biological structures and functions.
