(i). यह मुकदमा भारतीय राष्ट्रीय सेना (INA) कर्नल प्रेम सहगल, कर्नल गुरुबख्श सिंह तथा मेजर जनरल शाहनवाज खान पर चलाया गया था/ The case was filed against Indian National Army (INA) Colonel Prem Sehgal, Colonel Gurbaksh Singh and Major General Shahnawaz Khan.
(ii). इस केस में भूला भाई देसाई, तेज बहादुर सप्रू , आसफ अली तथा जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने वकालत की थी/ Bhula Bhai Desai, Tej Bahadur Sapru, Asaf Ali and Jawaharlal Nehru advocated in this case.
(iii). इस केस की सुनवाई ब्रिटिश कमांडर क्लॉड अक्लनिक कर रहे थे/ This case was being heard by British Commander Claude Aclinik.
(iv). इस केस में सभी को अभियोजकों को फांसी की सजा हुई थी/ All the prosecutors in this case were sentenced to death.
