Hey Guys,

Welcome to test 7
& congratulations for constantly pushing yourself to appear for test, matters what is situation.

Your resilience is remainder of Abraham Lincoln's Resilience.

Before becoming the President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln failed in business, lost multiple elections, and faced personal tragedies. Yet, he never gave up. Like Lincoln, remember that setbacks in tests or mock exams are temporary. What matters is the strength to rise each time and continue moving forward.

Good Luck!

My dear students....

Welcome to another test!

Let's begin our day with the inspiring story of Dr. Rajendra Bharud, From a Tribal Village to IAS Success

Dr. Rajendra Bharud's life is an inspiring example of perseverance and determination. Born in a small tribal village in Maharashtra, Dr. Bharud faced extreme poverty and adversity. His father passed away before he was born, leaving his mother to fend for the family. To make ends meet, she sold liquor in their village, often facing social stigma and criticism.

Despite these challenges, Dr. Bharud was determined to break the cycle of poverty. He studied under the dim light of kerosene lamps and walked miles to school every day. His mother's resilience became his greatest motivation. He excelled in academics and earned a seat in a medical college, eventually becoming a doctor.

However, Dr. Bharud's aspirations didn't stop there. He wanted to serve society at a larger scale. With the same determination, he began preparing for the Civil Services Examination while continuing his medical practice. Despite his humble background and lack of resources, he cleared the UPSC exam with flying colors and became an IAS officer.

Today, as a District Collector, Dr. Bharud has transformed the lives of countless people in tribal regions. He implemented innovative welfare schemes for education, health, and employment, directly addressing the issues he once faced.

Dr. Rajendra Bharud's story teaches us that success is possible, no matter how challenging your circumstances are. If you have the determination to overcome hurdles, a clear vision of your goals, and the discipline to work hard, no obstacle is insurmountable.

When you feel disheartened, remember: If a young boy from a small tribal village can rise to become an IAS officer through sheer hard work and resilience, so can you. Believe in yourself, stay focused, and never let temporary setbacks deter you from your dreams.

Good Luck!

My dear students,

Welcome to test 4 !

As you prepare to take Mock Prelims Test 4, remember that each small effort you make today is like planting seeds of greatness for tomorrow. The journey to success is not built overnight but through consistent, deliberate steps. Every test you attempt sharpens your skills, strengthens your resolve, and brings you closer to your ultimate goal.

James Clear, in Atomic Habits, shares the story of the British Cycling Team. For years, they were underwhelming, barely winning any major championships. Then came a coach who introduced the concept of "marginal gains"โ€”making a 1% improvement in every aspect of their training, from choosing the right pillow for better sleep to using biofeedback sensors. These seemingly small changes compounded over time, leading to astonishing success. In just five years, they dominated the Olympics and Tour de France.

The Takeaway for you all is to
Apply this principle to your preparation. Improve by just 1% dailyโ€”whether it's mastering one tricky topic, writing one better answer, or solving a few more questions. These small efforts will compound into tremendous results by the time you appear for the actual exam.

Believe in the process, trust your hard work, and remind yourself: success is built one small step at a time.

Youโ€™ve got this!

Welcome back, dear students!

As you gear up for Test 3, let's draw inspiration from the remarkable journey of Michael Jordan, a name synonymous with perseverance and excellence.

Despite being cut from his high school basketball team because he was considered too short to play at that level, Jordan didn't let this setback define his future.

Instead, he used it as fuel to work harder, practicing early in the morning and even on weekends. His unyielding dedication not only earned him a spot on the team the following year but also paved the way to become one of the greatest basketball players of all time.

Above story teaches us a powerful lesson: setbacks are not the end but just stepping stones to greater success.

As you sit for your upcoming test, remember that every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow. With perseverance and hard work, you too can overcome any obstacle and achieve your goals.

Letโ€™s go forward with confidence and determination.

Good luck!

Dear All,

What happened yesterday was terrible and unrepairable....

The pain of loosing our beloved students  is insurmountable..

I am sharing the grief, which all of us are undergoing, together.

They were just kids with great dreams to transform our Great country...Alas! they are not more with us....!

While studying and during my preparation, I had read about the *five stages of grief* by Kubler-Rossโ€“ denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

1) *Denial* - Yesterday, I was feeling numb, denying to accept as if nothing has happened. I think, everyone, share that disbelief, in the beginning.

2) *Anger*- While driving back home, I was feeling that emotions. It was cruel and unfair, especially when the departed soul are so young.

3) *Bargaining* - It's our way to deal with tragedy. I too, start to make deals with this loss, myself, consoling that they had this much time with us. It's unfortunate but can't be overcome.

4) *Depression* - It happens in waves, Currently, I am  going through it, as Sadness and pain is intense , especially when I remember about the deprived soul friend and family member.

Life can feel like it has no longer holds any meaning which can be very scary.

Lastly, with great hope, I hope all of us reaches to *fifth stage of Acceptance* where gradually the pain eases, and it is possible to accept what has happened.

We all,  may never โ€˜get overโ€™ the death of someone precious, but we can learn to live again, while keeping the memories of those we have lost close to us.

My sincerest farewell and condolences to the departed souls, and prayers for their family and friends that God gives them strength to deal with the loss.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Om Shanti๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
