Logos, Logic, Mantiq,the Inversion of Language, Erasure of Culture
The first sentence we learn in many mantiq primers is “الانسان حيوان ناطق”
Literally it means “The human is a talking [rational] animal.”
As stated above by Ustadh Moustafa Elqabbany and Ustadh Mostafa Azzam, and the globalist author George Orwell, it is imperative to have a solid command over a language in order to think and write clearly.
Sh Abdul Hakim Murad has mentioned “Most people would benefit immensely from learning a first language.”
The dumbing down of our language is an important tactic of the ruling elites. See previous posts about the phenomenon of necro linguistics that was used by British and French colonialists. We have also previously discussed Dr. Thomas Sowell’s work on the origins of “black culture” and how the ghetto culture has permeated into the Muslim communities.
This is why we have recommended works like Gwynne’s Grammar to many ulama and tullab. You can’t expect to translate the Qur’an and Ahadith correctly if your English is terrible. Knowing both Arabic and English to a high degree is vital.
In the past both Latin and Greek were requirements for students who wished to apply to universities. The removal of these classical languages has had a drastic impact on English speakers in the modern world.
Similarly in the Indian Subcontinent, languages like Urdu, Punjabi, and others are heavily reliant on Farsi, but it has been removed from the curriculum.Over half a millenium of Ottoman Turkish history was wiped out when Mustafa Kemal AtaKufr changed the Turkish script to a Latin one.
In Far East Asia, Classical Chinese was the lingua franca of China, Japan, Korea and other areas. Yet the “Cultural Revolution” (backed by Wall Street) of Chairman Mao Tse Tung changed the way the Chinese language was read. Afterwards Japan and the Koreas largely stopped teaching Classical Chinese. This has kept these nations divided.
Most native Chinese folks today cannot access their own rich history.
China has perhaps the longest continuous history of any civilization on Earth. They cannot read their classics the same way most Westerners and Turks and others cannot read theirs.
This is how the globohomo approach strips everything down and secularises it. If people had knowledge of their own history and classical works, the world would be a much less confused place. It would not be manipulated the way it is now.
Furthermore, the speech patterns that are popularised today are another type of social engineering. It is a form of Dajjalic Inversion.
For example, it has become popular to say “That’s so sick!” when you see something that is good. Replacing goodness with “sick”.
Or if a guy sees a beautiful girl, he’ll say “She’s so bad”. Conflating beauty with “bad”.
Or even just using the word “like” in every sentence as most people now do in the Anglosphere. (On top of how everyone is used to abbreviations in text speech/Twitter/TikTok etc. Because everyone’s attention span is shorter now.)
All of this plays into the breaking down of what definitions of words are. Now it has gotten to the point where some people can’t even define what a man or woman is. This also applies to the removal of quality and beauty from art, architecture, films, and music. All of what has been written in this post is done by design. You can look up The Tavistock Institute, Rand Corporation, The Frankfurt School, and other think tanks/groups focused on social engineering.
