ICE Data Reveals 58K βCriminalβ Migrants Now Call NYC Home
In September, The Gateway Pundit reported that New York Cityβs embrace of its sanctuary city status has had real-world, devasting consequences for New Yorkers.
Police sources shared shocking details with The New York Post, suggesting that a staggering estimate of as many as 75% of the people arrested in Midtown Manhattan over recent months for crimes including assault, robbery, and domestic violence are migrants.
Sanctuary City laws hamper police who are not allowed to work with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on cases where the suspects are suspected of being in the country illegally.
Now, new stats from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) paint an even grimmer picture.
According to ICE data reviewed by The New York Post, there are over 58,000 illegal migrants who are convicted felons or facing criminal charges on the streets of NYC.
New York is not alone in this threat. The data also reveals that there are close to 670,000 in this category across the U.S.
The Post reports:
Of the 759,218 illegal-border crossers living in the Big Apple the feds were aware of as of Nov. 17, a jaw-dropping 58,626 --- 7.7% β were either previously convicted of crimes or had criminal charges pending, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency data.
And of the 58,626 migrants with rap sheets, 1,053, nearly 2%, are βsuspected or known gang members,β according to the agency.
Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn) lays the blame on soft-on-crime and lax border-control policies pushed by President Biden, failed Border Czar Kamala Harris, and other Democrats.
Malliotakis shared the alarming stats on X adding, βItβs shocking that Democrats have gone so far out of their way to harbor gang members, drug traffickers and other criminals who are in our country illegally.β

In September, The Gateway Pundit reported that New York Cityβs embrace of its sanctuary city status has had real-world, devasting consequences for New Yorkers.
Police sources shared shocking details with The New York Post, suggesting that a staggering estimate of as many as 75% of the people arrested in Midtown Manhattan over recent months for crimes including assault, robbery, and domestic violence are migrants.
Sanctuary City laws hamper police who are not allowed to work with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on cases where the suspects are suspected of being in the country illegally.
Now, new stats from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) paint an even grimmer picture.
According to ICE data reviewed by The New York Post, there are over 58,000 illegal migrants who are convicted felons or facing criminal charges on the streets of NYC.
New York is not alone in this threat. The data also reveals that there are close to 670,000 in this category across the U.S.
The Post reports:
Of the 759,218 illegal-border crossers living in the Big Apple the feds were aware of as of Nov. 17, a jaw-dropping 58,626 --- 7.7% β were either previously convicted of crimes or had criminal charges pending, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency data.
And of the 58,626 migrants with rap sheets, 1,053, nearly 2%, are βsuspected or known gang members,β according to the agency.
Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn) lays the blame on soft-on-crime and lax border-control policies pushed by President Biden, failed Border Czar Kamala Harris, and other Democrats.
Malliotakis shared the alarming stats on X adding, βItβs shocking that Democrats have gone so far out of their way to harbor gang members, drug traffickers and other criminals who are in our country illegally.β
βIn many cases, theyβve provided them with housing, food and healthcare. They need to stop using New Yorkersβ hard-earned tax dollars to shield criminals wreaking havoc on our streets and instead cooperate with ICE to have them deported.β

Whitesides, who also has "NASA chief of staff" on his resume, won his U.S. House of Representatives race to represent California's 27th district, which covers a big chunk of land north of Los Angeles.

Footage shared by Lebanese media showed one of the strikes in the vicinity of Beirutβs international airport, as a passenger plane was seen taxiing in the background.
Jets also struck sites in Damascus belonging to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror group.
The Israel Defense Forces confirmed carrying out airstrikes in Syria, saying it targeted several buildings and command centers belonging to the PIJ. Syriaβs state-run SANA news agency said the strikes killed 15 and wounded 16 others.
The strikes targeted two residential buildings in the Mezzeh district of the capital and the nearby city of Qudssaya, SANA said.
The Israeli military said the strikes were a βsignificant blowβ to the Gaza Strip-based Palestinian terror group and its operatives.
The IDF has carried out numerous strikes in Syria in recent months, where Hezbollah has a presence, and which the terror group uses to smuggle arms into Lebanon. Other Iranian-backed terror groups that attack Israel also operate there.
