Q1 FY25 Financial Performance:

Best ever Q1 performance in company's history, achieving operational revenues of ₹734 crores, a growth of 12.82% YoY.
EBITDA increased by over 28% to ₹125.50 crores, with EBITDA margin expanding to 17.11% from 15% (up 212 basis points).
Profit Before Tax (PBT) grew by 24.87% to ₹111.42 crores, while Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 24.46% to ₹83.71 crores.
PBT and PAT margins improved to 15.19% and 11.41%, respectively, expanding by 147 and 107 basis points YoY.
Sequentially, revenues dropped by 12% due to general elections, with minor contractions in EBITDA, PBT, and PAT margins.
Segment Performance:

Crane, construction equipment, and metal handling segment revenues rose to ₹619.67 crores, up 20% YoY, with a margin increase to ₹103.76 crores (growth of 24%).
Agri division revenue stood at ₹42.96 crores with a margin of 3%; expected demand improvement due to favorable monsoon conditions.
Operational Highlights:

In-principle agreement reached with Kato Works Limited for a 50-50 joint venture to produce medium and large-sized cranes, targeting the Indian market.
Joint venture aims to leverage technology for a range of value-added products for export markets.
Anticipated growth in demand for cranes and construction equipment post-monsoon, with guidance for 15% to 20% growth on a consolidated basis.
Government Initiatives:
