Pattern Recognition 101 ๐๐ป
Scenario A:
The price almost went down 9% from the top from where it rebounds by forming a piercing candle. Signs of strength
Scenario B:
The price again falls from the sloping resistance point but only 4.5 before reversing again. The falling % almost got reduced in half. This shows that the price was getting a good push from the buyers therefore gaining strength
Scenario C:
The price again falls from the same sloping resistance line but only 2% this time. Again half of the fall from the previous one. This again shows the strength of the price.
Now when the actual breakout happened, look at the engulfing candle and the volumes.
This clearly tells you what is happening here. All the selling pressure got absorbed in an instant and the price gave a strong breakout and a solid follow through.
When you see a setup like this, don't hesitate to punch in that order๐ค

The one true advice that I would give you guys is : "Avoid the Noise"
What I mean by this is, steer clear of people who constantly switch between calling it a bear market one day and a bull market the next. This creates unnecessary confusion and self-doubt, which can hurt your trading career.
Instead, focus on building a daily watchlist, assess the overall market health, and only take trades when the conditions are rightโlike I did with AARTIPHARMA yesterday.
Donโt stop practicing, and make sure youโre accumulating data every day.
By accumulating data, I mean: run your scanner daily, identify strong price action charts, save them to your database, and review them on a weekly or monthly basis (according to your schedule).
This is a crucial step that many beginners skip, but itโs essential for growth.

You don't need a gazillion indicators to know if the price action is strong or not.
Here is an example of it.
INOXWIND has bee in a downtrend for a couple of months now. Despite posting good numbers in the previous quarter it went down.
But now it is on the right trajectory as the price had been up more than 40% in the last week.
Despite a minor pullback, it is again up 7% today.
What we can observe here is the action near the short term EMA's.
Price is taking support from it โ
THE EMA's are sloping up and crossing over โ
What does this mean ?
This means that the price is starting to gain momentum and if the price continues to stay above the EMA's we might a change from LH-LL to HH-HL.

We may not see the results reflecting on the price soon due to budget volatility but if the budget favors this theme then there is no stopping this name.
The price is already up 30% from the lows and I know there is more to come from this name ๐
Many were doubting this long term pick of mine but the numbers are saying otherwise ๐

Not even on my desk today because I know the market will be bad and it is not wise to burn your mental capital bit by bit by watching a falling market.
Many will say:
If swing trades are not working then do intraday and fno but I say what's the rush?? Why be in a hurry to lose your hard earned money.
I have always believed that mastering one aspect of the market is more than enough to be successful in the market. Surely you can do intraday here and there but don't make it your core principal if you are a swing trader.
Keep it simple if you are a swing trader.
Market is bad? No swing trades

No proper setup? No swing trades.

Not taking a trade is also a trade in this type of market. I have dabbled in 2-3 positions but that is with calculated risk and small size.

Many were asking me if I was still in it or not.
One thing I do here is given an update on all of my trades when I exit them and I still haven't exited this name because the price action is still strong.
Micromanaging a trade before it shows its true potential is a waste of your time and mental energy.
We have got to accept it that not every name will fly from the get go nor we will be able to enter each and every name that moves so we go to make it work with what we have.
Now, look what the price is doing here. If it sustains and settles above the resistance then there is a high change that we will see new highs.

Look at the recent 6 candles the price has formed.
Huge selling occurred from the resistance level with huge volumes but immediately reversed from the support levels of the EMA. This shows that the supply is being quickly absorbed by the buyers.
However, the price needs to consolidate a bit more to the right with decent volume activity.

Yesterday's recovery was too good to ignore price action wise. The price is holding its level today also with increased signs of strength.
Volume accumulation looks to be on the upward trajectory. The accumulation phase seems to be getting over as of now.
The major hurdle is now the earnings which is due in a few days. If the results are positive then we can see a huge boost in the price.
Entered with a quarter size and willing to add more if everything works out well. This is a positional trade with a slightly deeper SL than can be adjusted along the way.
Institutions have also massively bought this stock. We are yet to see how that pans out.
