We were informed by the CICT unit that our internet service at Shah Alam Campus is DOWN early this evening, starting from 5.30pm (today) to 1.00am (tomorrow) and it is affecting major online academic services including UNISEL e-Learning and several OWC servers. We hope everybody to be patient.

Assalamualaikum and good day to everyone.

We were informed by the CICT unit that our VPN network in Bestari Jaya Campus is DOWN early this morning and it is affecting major online academic services including UNISEL e-Learning V4 and several OWC servers which located in Shah Alam Campus. The technical team has been dispatched by our internet service provider (ISP) as soon as the fault is detected.

Internet services will continue to work however All online teaching and learning (T&L) activities on e-Learning platforms and OWC servers will be halted for BJ campus. As an alternative, you can use your mobile DATA to access the e-learning platform which located in Shah Alam.
We regret the inconvenience due to this disruption which is beyond our control.

There is no clear timeline when the recovery process will be completed. We hope everybody to be patient.
