I learned this from a few failures. I knew I had not had enough Canadian clinical experience ( other than observership), mainly because my first years of immigration happened to be in COVID-19, or I knew my reference letters were not as strong. As a result, I participated in interviews with 50% of my confidence and performance.

🔐I mean, rather than working backward, from fake positivity in interview and fake confidence, spend more time on improving your application and sacrifice for your goals. Confidence in the interview comes to you easily and naturally.

They learn and interpret your personality in first few minutes. Have a genuine smile and make eye contact. The most important question that they are looking for it's answer is "Do I like to be around this person for two years?"

2. Be honest, if you really love the program, and the city, just show it in your body language and genuine words. It will become so obvious for them whether you really want that or applied because you were eligible. Look for opportunities to share your future plans for you community( if you live in that city)

3. Think about your answers beforehand and write key words, avoid writing and memorizing your whole script. With stress you get distracted and script makes you more stressed.

4. Explain your background very clearly, when they ask an IMG, "Tell us about yourself" is very different than a CMG. They have no idea about other countries and their healthcare systems. Explain things very clear and short. Most of IMGs have a diverse experience, if you have alot to explain, pick a few important ones, otherwise they get confused and lose the track.

«مراحل ثبت نام در فیزیشن اپلای- تجربه سال ۲۰۲۱»

با توجه به سوالات و ابهامات دوستان در مورد ثبت نام امتحانات و تغییرات ایجاد شده بعد از پاندمی، تجربیات اخیر خودم رو به اشتراک میذارم.
امیدوارم برای افرادی که اول پروسه ی امتحانات هستند و براشون مبهم هست کمک کننده باشه،( تجربیات من برای ۶ ماه گذشته هست).

۱. اول از همه در سایت physician apply ، یک اکانت باید ساخته شه، که مشخصات رو وارد میکنیم و با پرداخت ۳۰۴ دلار اکانت ساخته میشه.

۲.وقتی اکانت باز میشه، سمت چپ صفحه اسم و چند گزینه وجود داره، روی source verification request کلیک میکنیم.

۳. وقتی کلیک کنیم یک صفحه باز میشه ، روی قسمت creat a new source verification request (SVR) کلیک میکنیم.

۴. یک باکس میاد که کنارش نوشته credential type, و خودش گزینه هایی که میتونیم انتخاب کنیم رو ارائه میکنه، که برای ثبت نام امتحانات باید چهار مدرک رو verify کنیم: medical degree, passport, certified identity و medical transcript ,confirmation

۵. این چهارتا رو باید پر کنیم، که هر کدوم جدا جدا هست.

۶. وقتی هر کدوم رو انتخاب میکنیم یک صفحه باز میشه که اطلاعات اون مدرک رو باید وارد کنیم و اسکن مدرک به همراه کاورشیت رو در سایت اپلود میکنیم. جدیدا ایمیل مدارک نیاز نیست.

۷. دقت بشه که وقتی داریم اطلاعات و تعداد صفحات رو وارد میکنیم گزینه ی کاورشیت رو انتخاب کنیم( کاور شیت رو خودش برامون درست میکنه و ما نباید چیز جدایی درست کنیم).

۸. در حال حاضر ارسال مدارک از طریق آپلود در خود سایت انجام میشه و ایمیل نمیشه

۹. برای identity confirmation, فرمی که خود سایت ارائه کرده رو پرینت میکنیم، و بعد باید دوقطعه عکسمون رو ضمیمه کنیم و تأییدیه ی یک مرکز دولتی براش انجام بشه.و همچنین پاسپورت هم باید مرکز دولتی تایید کنن

۱۰. بعد از پرینت کردن قسمتی که نوشته candidate پر بکنه رو با خودکار به طور واضح و خوانا پر میکنیم، برای عکس هم باید فرمت عکس پاسپورت باشه (دو قطعه) که روی فرم جاش مشخصه و با چسب نواری یا هرچیز دیگه میشه چسبوند( یعنی این موضوع اهمیت نداره که روی عکس چسب نواری خورده شه)، برای تاییدیه هم به یک مرکز دولتی( شهرداری، محضر، اداره پلیس،....) که لیستش توی سایت هست ،میتونیم مراجعه کنیم ( طبق تجربه هزینه ی محضر ۴برابر جاهای دیگس).

۱۱. وقتی به مرکز دولتی مراجعه میکنیم معمولا خودشون واردن، اما برای تاکید بیشتر، بهشون توضیح بدین که مهرشون رو واضح بزنن.

۱۲. بعد از تکمیل، از برگه و پاسپورت اسکن میکنیم و مثل بقیه مدارک رو در سایت اپلود میکنید( لازم به پست نیست).


۱۴. بعد از انجام این مراحل باید صبرکنیم تا تایید صورت بگیره و اجازه ی ثبت نام داده بشه.

۱۵. طبق تجربه، اگر هر روز با خودشون چت کنین زودتر انجام میشه.

۱۶. بهتره این پروسه رو خیلی زود شروع کنین که اگر به مشکلی برخورد کردین فرصت اصلاح داشته باشین و تاریخ امتحانتون عقب نیفته.

۱۷.و در آخر چند نکته ی قابل ذکر هست که هیچ نیازی به ترجمه ی مدارک در ایران ندارید و شما اصل مدرک رو براشون اسکن میکنید و خودشون با هزینه ای که شارژتون میکنن ترجمه میکنن.( این موضوع شامل تمام مدارک، از جمله مدرک پزشکی، ریز نمرات،
اینترنی و.... میشه).
و همچنین طبق تجربه ی دوستان،وقتي تصاوير را اسكن مي كنيد بهتر هست چند ميليمتر بيرون از لبه صفحه را در اسكن بياريد
چون توي خوندن لبه ها مخصوصا توي ريز نمرات مشكل پيش مياد.

❎ طبق تجربه دوستان، ترجمه ها کیفیت خیلی خوبی نداره و توصیه میشه همکاران حتما ترجمه مدارکشون رو چک کنند.
نکته بعدی این هست که MCC استفاده از این مراکز رو الزام نکرده. گفته شده که امکان استفاده از مراکز دیگرهم آزاد هست، ولی احتمال اینکه استاندارهای مارو رعایت نکنند رو درنظر بگیرید.

Regretfully, we will not be accepting new applications for the May/June 2021 session of the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part II.

We are shifting to a virtual exam delivery offering for the MCCQE Part II, to begin in May 2021. In addition to virtual exam delivery, we are also looking at ✅more frequent exam delivery ✅and moving away from only offering exam sessions twice per year in 2021. This will allow us to reduce the backlog and be able to offer a timely exam experience to the 2021 candidate group.

📚The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) will make every effort to assess as many candidates as possible in May/June 2021. This session will accommodate approximately 2,200 candidates. Currently, we have 2,133 candidates who were deferred from the May 2020 administration and adding those also deferred from October 2020, there are approximately 4,550 current candidates. Only when the delayed candidates have been processed will new registrations be accepted in future sessions.

We are pleased to confirm that, beginning May 18, 2021, the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) will offer a virtual delivery of the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part II. The MCC plans to offer the exam over 20 days in May and June. The virtual delivery of the MCCQE Part II will enable candidates to resume their path to full licensure and offer them more flexibility.

Candidates will complete the exam in a single day from a remote location (such as their home or office) using a secure virtual examination delivery platform provided through a partnership with Education Management Solutions (EMS). Priority will be given to those who were not able to write their exam due to the postponed May and October 2020 sessions and February 2021 session, since many now have a provisional, temporary or restricted license.

Recent administrations of MCCQE II, in May 2020 and in October 2020, were postponed due to the pandemic guidelines established by health authorities. Regrettably, these postponements impacted several hundred candidates, who are now practising on provisional, temporary or restricted licenses. The MCC is currently in the process of shifting to a virtual and semi-continuous delivery which, as soon as this spring, will result in more frequent opportunities for candidates to take the MCCQE Part II, a decreased need for candidate travel and a reduced risk of cancellation.
